Bundesliga, DFB Cup, and other Bundesliga business 2014/2015

Not a single shot on goal for Dortmund against one of the worst sides in the Bundesliga. At home.

Lars Bender scored for Leverkusen, expect them to win if Leno doesn't feck up again. Would be surprised if Dortmund didn't at least score the equaliser in the 2nd half. Schalke though, what a strange run for them so far this season? Draw against Bayern and Chelsea and a win against Dortmund but feck up every game against smaller teams.

If you had followed us this season you'd know that we played very well in the last few weeks. We were very unlucky last week and got a well deserved point against Bayern.

Also what the feck are Leverkusen, Schalke and Dortmund doing. Seriously, get your fecking act together.

Only after they play us for the Champions League ;)

Maybe so man, I'm just summarising the first half, nothing more.

edit: oh, you're a Hamburg fan. Sorry.

You're still one of the worst teams in the league though and Dortmund should comfortably beat you, sorry, but that's still the reality.

The table certainly suggests so and we could very easily lose the game today but the way we've been playing under Zinnbauer so far is really refreshing. Everybody giving 100%, Dortmund didn't create a single chance so far.

Robben makes it 4-0. Typical cutting in from the left and shoot, makes it look so easy.

Hamburg was a total disaster under Slomka at the beginning and I actually don't like them, but what gofelx says is absolutely right. Since Zinnbauer took over they look like they seem to care and fight again. That makes it hard for every team they play against at the moment and the result against a surely inconsistent Dortmund is totally deserved.

Schalke is frustrating as hell. I don't want to be like every other person who calls for Kellers head, but the squad has a lot more potential than they are showing this season. A point against Bayern, a victory against Dortmund and all those decent performances against good teams count for nothing, if you don't win against teams you should beat. Not that Hoffenheim is a weak opponent, but they are certainly not unbeatable.

Some of the passes our defenders play back to Neuer are really dangerous. Yeah, Neuer is a damn good footballer for a goalkeeper, but everyone can miscontrol a pass, don't play them towards goal all the time ffs. The same pass directed beside the goalposts is so much safer.

Paderborn in front again against Leverkusen, whilst being also down to 10 men.

And Leverkusen score immediately after the goal from Paderborn. 2-2

I'm rooting for Mainz this year anyway. I do like watching Leverkusen though, but bloody hell do they drop so many daft points!
I'd like them a lot more if they stopped fecking up the first qualifying round in the Europa League. It's embarrasing, that they can't qualify for the group stages . I also hope Gladbach finishes top 4 in the end, really like the club and the team, I also rate Favre a lot.

The problem is not Bayern...

If Dortmund looses against the last, Leverkusen draws against a new promoted team...

Probably a good thing for their Bundesliga hopes though. They don't have a massive squad and they have the potential to finish Top 4 this season.

No plan B that includes wasting less energy and winning...

We currently don´t have the players for a plan B.

It was still a shameful performance in the first half, second one slightly better but still really poor. Hamburg are nothing but a group of cúnts. They dragged us down to their level and we did not take on the fight until the last 20 minutes.

Nope, they don't. They'll lose tomorrow and are only 3 points ahead of Dortmund, 2 ahead of Schalke at the moment despite those two teams starting incredibly bad into the season. They are way better than I expected with the new manager, but if they finish 7th again, it's a huge success.

Sounds like a page from Klopp's coaching handbook. Job well done, I guess.

It's so refreshing to see our players fight again, obviously we don't have the quality of Dortmunds team but we gave it all yet again. Finally we earn our first win, so happy for Zinnbauer as well, he's really improved us over the last few weeks.

With the difference that we don´t resort to constant fouls to disrupt the game. Ostrzolek got away with three yellow worthy fouls after being booked.

here is my elaborate analysis:

GODDAMIT, DORTMUND! WTF! F*CK THIS SH*T!

Please… how many of our players had to walk off injured because Kehl or someone else knocked his knee into one of our players? Of course it was a match of high intensity but that is exactly what you need in order to compete against you.

I dislike that our competitors are all having such a rough start. I hope we can avoid a situation where we win the championship in March again.

is that 24th or 25th league title for Bayern?
Both actually.

I know, but Klopp's standard phrase that he has a few ideas how to drag the 'better' opponent down to Dortmund's own level always annoyed me, so it still fits.

dortmund should have lost 0-3. very lucky not to concede more goals from counter-play. that's just hilarious.

Kehl should have seen yellow for the one scene in the second half, yes. Similar Bender could have been booked in the first one. The problem was that your players continued to destroy our game via harsh fouls even after being booked.
