What was Hummels doing for the goal? Charging out to press Lewandowski but then being pushed over.
Lewandowskis abillity to make something of every ball upto him is superb.
Some terrible passing at times.
It is kinda cool to watch us beat Dortmund by sitting deep and scoring on the counter.
What is it about Alonsos face that says " Ref. I can commit 5 fouls that break up promising attacks but you cant ever book me for them." It always frustrated me when he was at the redshite.
Another game where Dortmund looks absolutely toothless in attack.
Bad combination of an early spring day, kickoff at 6:30 and sun position. Still shouldn't happen...
interesting game. BVB doesn't produce much excitement after the first 15min.
Phew... lucky lead altough no team was really dangerous throughout. Lewandowski is doing very well, Müller is the biggest source of tempo and quick advancement, Boateng is a colossus and Alonso, lo and behold, is once again completely pointless, slow and should have seen a yellow card after 15 minutes... it's really a scandal that he's never benched.
You can go on and on about the class of former defender generations but Boateng is the best defender around and absolute world class.

They looked like they are up for a good fight but apart from that they didn't produce anything worthwhile really.

He did piss me off at Real Madrid for that reason though, the amount of second yellows he escaped was madness.
Ever since his mistake against City he seems to have turned into a complete shit pickle. Quite amazing because in the first half of the season for Bayern he looked absolutely outstanding in a lot of games for Bayern.

And Alonso still doesn't get substituted. What the feck is going on? I get it that Lahm was injured, but Alonso plays like he's missing a leg.

Well, that was different. At least we didn't run into counters like idiots again. 1 shot, 1 goal... not a lot of good things to say. Boateng was great, Müller as well, Lewandowski worked like a beast and Thiago looks like a potential world beater.

Yes, but not in that match. In this match it was good to play like this. Götze would have been a tad too much. And it was too early for Lahm to play the defensive part.
I fear we'll never see Lahm back at RB
