I've always felt De Bruyne is the closest thing to a young Scholes I've seen in a long time. The comparison seems lazy simply because they're both ginger, but his passing and scoring ability as a midfielder justify it. I love watching him.Amazing. This will be a wake up call but aside from Alonso who has had a massive off night, Bayern haven't been terrible or alarmingly bad. Just need to tighten it up defensively to stop this pattern becoming every team's go to approach. After all, Real showed that this formula worked before.

Oscar has been quite underwhelming almost everytime I've seen him, can't see a footballing reason why they let De Bruyne go.
