Bundesliga, DFB Cup, and other Bundesliga business 2014/2015

We could use a 10-0 game if we finally want to reach 100 goals in a season.

The feck is going on? They're all on fire, everyone is running like crazy. Outstanding first 10 minutes.

This has been a ridiculously good performance by Bayern so far. Utter domination.

It's like boxing Gennady Golovkin for the rest of the Bundesliga. They may be smaller than you in size, but they're better, hit harder and will always punish you by whatever means necessary to win the match and barely break into a sweat or stop smiling to do so.

Poor Cologne. They are generally a well organized team, but they hardly get the ball.

Fantastic! 2:1.

Mental switch off or Koln superb movement, cross and header?

Defending wasn't great.

Aufholjagd! ;) The corner was brillant. Ribery and Götze looked naive. Alaba was not close enough.

Seriously, that goal could be a problem for Cologne, cause now Bayern will just shift up a gear again.

By the way: Alles Gute zum Geburtstag, FC Bayern. (Happy Birthday, Bayern. 115 years old now.)

I probably shouldn't have made that 10-0 post :nervous:

Like I said. ;)

Robben; 25 games, 28 scorer. He is on the Messi/Ronaldo level right now, no question.
He is 31 and in the form of his life.
Robben: league: 28 in 25, CL: 3 in 6
Messi: league: 42 in 26, CL: 10 in 7
Ronaldo:league: 42 in 21, CL: 10 in 7

no math skills required question

We also should all agree that Messi and Ronaldo are THE guys in their teams.
Every other player has to work for them. Arjen is a Bayern legend but the others dont take a step back for him.
When he scores and assists, great. When others have a better day give the ball to them.
I can also argue that the gap between the bottom half of the spanish league and their teams is bigger then the gap between the bottom half in Germany and Bayern.
And yes, I know that we had a 8:0 and a 6:0. But scoring 72 goals in one season? Come on. This has to be a factor.

In the end its my view. And you should respect that. Anything else wouldnt be so mature. ;)
Just enjoy a top 3 player in the Bundesliga.

Dortmund playing some brilliant stuff so far today. It should really be 3 or 4 - nil by now.

It is unbelievable how fecking lucky Schalke has been so far. Aside of the chance conversion the best performance of the season so far.

How many chances can you miss? Lucky Schalke bastards

Feckin Reus...i Swear first time Schalke will get a shot on target they will score

Cracking first half from Dortmund, but it wouldn't surprise me if they conceded a silly goal before converting one of their many chances.

Dortmund playing incredible. Seeing their intensity just makes me feel warm inside

Unfortunately it's still 0:0 (Aubameyang alone should've scored at least 2 goals...). I woudln't be surprised if Schalke sneaked one in now.. it'll be a completely new game in the second half.

Looks like Dortmund being forced to play Kirch is a blessing in disguise. A bit like a reversed Lahm (of course Lahm is miles ahead of him), having a good passer at the RB position has come in quite handy when playing with their whole team at the opposition's half.
Maybe we will see him more often in that role when Dortmund are playing weaker opponents.

Is Schalke´s keeper the one who played against Madrid for the Champions League? Guess no school on saturday, looking good

Really? He really should've cost his team at least two goals (slipped while rushing out vs Aubameyang and left his goal just to watch KAgawa lob the ball over his head), plus a couple of shaky moments when Dortmund crossed.
I don't blame him a lot given his age and the pressure of the game, but a more senior player would get a lot of criticism for such a performance.

Hey i'm just giving some simpathy to the kid. He did some mistakes out of inexperience. And it´s still 0-0 so far. I can also tell you that he didn´t get embarassed like a previous seasoned vet playing against Real for the Champions League last year. What can i say, i like the kid. He will surpass Neuer in some years

I will pound you into submission do.ob another great save

When i thought Schalke used all their luck against us in the Champions League and there they go reach new incredible levels of luck

how is that even possible that it isnt something like 4-0?

i remember some games in der hinrunde where dortmund games were like that and in the end they lost the game :/
