The comment was fair.

Sleepwalking to disaster is fair if you apply to both sides, i would not turn up for further meetings. I dont see any planning for no deal in nl. Its all bollox.
Easiest negotiation in history apparently. £250 million a week extra for NHS they said.

David Davis, the former Brexit secretary, said May had a chance to change course and pursue a Canada-style free trade deal that would not involve signing up to the common rule book: “It is clear what the EU tactics are now. Parliament was very unlikely to support Chequers, it certainly will not allow more than Chequers. Now is the time for the prime minister to reset the negotiation and take Tusk’s March offer of a free trade plus deal.”

“Chequers goes pop,” declared Jacob Rees-Mogg, the chairman of the hard Brexit European Research Group, on Twitter. He later argued that the prime minister now needed to abandon her plan and instead pursue “a Canada plus free trade deal”.

Former Tory leader Iain Duncan Smith told the Guardian: “I didn’t agree with Theresa May’s Chequers deal but I think the EU has behaved really badly today – arrogant, strutting, boastful, bossy.

Macron has rattled those Brexiters.
Davis: Take Tusk's offer - that desperate?
JRM: Pursue a Canada deal - You're offering tariff free trade mate - don't need it. Don't forget to tell Trump, sure he'll oblige, ha!
IDS: Chequers is crap, we can say it but how dare the EU say it.

Jokers to the left , jokers to the right.
They're getting worried they will have to own the disaster they are going to bring to the UK. Own it!

It won't be good for the UE but not a disaster and in their case they don't really have much choice. They didn't ask for this and have an obligation to do what is best for the EU and not what is best for what will be a non-EU country. Everyone, apart from possibly Paz and a few Tories, that Chequers was never going to fly.

Probably on the basis of there only being 2 people pro brexit on a British forum and neither of them live in the UK?
Hillary was 99% sure to be President, Remain was going to win by 3/5 points, Cameron was touch-and-go to pip Ed Miliband as largest party albeit with a coalition, etc etc.

If only there was a way of actually capturing the view of the people....

£350 million which was debunked by Farage the morning after the referendum result.
Yes I remember him waiting till after the referendum till admitting that. He had no intention of challenging that lie before the vote of course because he is a morally corrupt wanker.

Hillary won more votes than Trump did iirc.

My country voted to stay, Scotland voted to stay. Not only are the rest of UK dragging us out against our will but they seem fairly non-plussed about potentially destabilising our peace and wrecking the fragile economy here while they do it. Democracy is great ain't it?

I'd guess most of them would express their contempt for four full stops with three exclamation marks.

I have no clue what you're on about. You just posted a poll serving your argument about a political figure voted in 15 months. Just saying.

Scotland voted ‘In’ (to the UK)
The UK voted ‘Leave’

What’s so hard to understand? I don’t get it.

 drama queen.
We’ve been back from 2 world wars, Cold War, depression etc etc! Jesus
I grew up in the troubles. I was 21 when the agreement was finally signed. The thought of this place being destabilised and the peace undermined by the actions of people who don't live here and don't give a feck about here not only angers me, it scares me to death. I don't need you to call me a drama queen you prick, I lived through it.

Umm yes he is!

Not in France which is the subject of your link. Macron isn't liked because he exploited the weaknesses of the main parties and made them implode, he is the target for every single party since they have absolutely nothing to offer themselves. He is also disliked because his demeanor is awful. But he isn't a laughing stock, in fact it's the opposite most realize that he is calculated and vicious.

This re-running of Brexit as an outcome is utterly tedious. The country voted for Brexit - get over it!

No point getting so emotional about the decision over and over and over again...

What if some of the people who voted leave originally now want to vote remain because leave looks like being a no deal disaster?

Well do they even have an idea how to get their planes back to europe at the stroke of midnight?

'We want a deal'. No you dont feck off, call everyone else liars.
