Same. I thought he was a goner when Ten Hag was here. He didnt seem to like Amad regardless of how well he played. More fragile minded players would have given up or kicked up a fuss. He stayed humble and worked hard, everytime he was loaned out he tried his best. Such players always gain my respect easily.
I knew he will be some decent player here or somewhere because he had the temperament and composure on the pitch irrespective of how ETH treated him. I didn't expect he will come good here. That Rangers and Sunderland loan spells has been brilliant for him. Kudos to the club and I'm looking forward to dread ANC every two years now. Thank you very much.

Hearing it might be 90k a week with higher bonuses for appearances/goals etc. If true that's good work. Incentivising contracts means more in my view

United are due African star....
Chelsea; Drogba, Essien
Arsenal; Aubameyang, Adebayour.
Liverpool: Salah, Mane
City: Yaya Toure.

United finally.....Amad, Maz, Onana.

He has become so crucial to United's attack in the space of a few games. Crazy progress really!

After all his injuries last season, I just hope the others can step up soon so Amad can have a rest every now and then.

All his injuries? Wasn`t it one injury in preseason that kept him out for about 4 months?
Shit can always happen but I really don`t think we have to be that careful with his minutes.

Tottenham 4:3 Man Utd New
The closing down for the goal was fantastic. Great player.

Will other teams ever learn that he's an absolute menace at pressing and closing down?

He keeps doing it and it keeps working. I love him

I hope he finds his shooting boots that he was playing in at Sunderland. So far his shooting from a distance has been the only slight disappointment (and he scored some bangers out there during the loan).

Still, did his best to drag us right back into the game. Outstanding.

Our best player already. He looks very fast now as well. Opposition players look terrified when he's running at them, with or without the ball.

There were people in here saying he was weak and slow…
Guy is the quickest player in our team. He catches defenders and keepers off guard

Yeah. Surprised he's whiffed shots coming straight to his left foot. Seemed like he was scoring those type of goals all the time for Sunderland.

I think the main thing catching them off guard is his acceleration. He can be jogging and then from nowhere he is snapping at the heels of the defender.

Another goal. I’m leaving here with something

He is literally the best player on the team now. Can't leave him out unless he's injured.:lol::lol: Just a testament to his hard work and mentality. Very few young players would have persevered facing all the roadblocks to consistent first team opportinities he has faced at United.

Last 10 games = 10 goal G/A. 4 goals, 6 assists.
And in contrast to our other productive players in the last few years, his general play and linkup is high level too. Not only is he now scoring and assisting at a top level, his actual performances are good.

He’s a phenom, man.

I don't think he's the quickest player in our team, I'm pretty sure that Rashford, Højlund and Garnacho would beat him in a footrace without breaking a sweat. It's the combination of an above average pace, great acceleration (both of which is something that he became significantly better at over the past few seasons) with incredible intensity and, most importantly, game intelligence. He knows exactly when to sprint and which trajectory to choose — even when he's pressing he often switches direction slightly multiple times which makes it even harder for the opponent to avoid him.

I really hope this guy can keep level headed with all this praise. Given his hugely tough upbringing, I think he will and of he does we could have years of a great player.

Absolutely mental how many goals we've scored from him pressing incessantly.

Needs to improve his shooting though, where are all the bangers he used to score with Sunderland
