Signs a new contract, bangs in a hat trick then says he'll play in any position we need him. What a spark of hope in the dark times.

He's a winger, playing too far inside detracts from his ability to take players on. I agree though that I'd rather play him at 10 than wingback.
He's amazing at pressing so I like him infield, feel like his 3rd goal we've seen happen multiple times already this season.

He clearly wasn’t ready though, went on loan to Rangers didn’t do much, was only when be went to Sunderland he started to show glimpses of his ability
Not glimpses marra -he was genuinely tremendous every game -great for us .
He developed massively with our other youngsters and was a big big reason we were swarming over teams .
He needed to be loved after Rangers and was by our manager /fans -he then flourished.
Magnificent how he is doing for you and will only get better .

Amad was good enough years ago, always said it myself.

Had he started playing after he scored that goal against Milan then he would have been a mainstay in the starting 11 years ago

Got to be Amorim's first name on the team sheet at this point.

He's gone up a few levels since under him and has become the glue that's allowed us not to completely capitulate during the bad runs of form.

The complete opposite to the fella who's supposed to be a local lad. He signed a new contract and disappeared for nearly 3 years.

When he started fluffing his deliveries I thought that was it. No chance we are scoring now, because he is our sole threat. Bruno was deeper in midfield and Garnacho hasn't found his scoring boots yet.

And then he scored and scored and scored.

He was ready IMO and didn't get enough chances. The loan to Rangers was Ill advised considering their European and league campaigns. The conditions were not conducive. He still scored goals there like every other club he's featured for.

His first goal for United was a header against Milan in the EL for United and looked great overall. He wasn't allowed to build on that but Daniel James was allowed to stink up the place as a non producing starter on the right

In the end, the Sunderland loan did him a world of good, but I'm convinced he'd have brought the goods at OT anyway
I am with you. IMO, it was clear to see from the start that he has the quality.

Crazy to think we had this guy and then spent another 150m on two RWs before even giving him a chance.

And he does it working the graveyard shift at RWB because the other guys that played as the AMs in front of him - Garnacho and Antony - can’t be trusted to play with the intensity needed to defend and attack at RWB

I can't fathom Ten Hag seeing all the others and thinking Amad wasn't good enough to start. He's been world class over the past couple of months. And the only one with some balls on our team. What character this lad has
Shocking manager, that’s why, worst we’ve had in the years after Fergie
