He's a winger, playing too far inside detracts from his ability to take players on. I agree though that I'd rather play him at 10 than wingback.Play him at 10, that position is his now.

AgreedYes.
He's amazing at pressing so I like him infield, feel like his 3rd goal we've seen happen multiple times already this season. He's a winger, playing too far inside detracts from his ability to take players on. I agree though that I'd rather play him at 10 than wingback.
Not glimpses marra -he was genuinely tremendous every game -great for us .He clearly wasn’t ready though, went on loan to Rangers didn’t do much, was only when be went to Sunderland he started to show glimpses of his ability
Saka is a huge level above where Amad is right now, that's not even a debate.
That's not to say Amad won't get to a similar level, but he's no where near yet.
Got to be Amorim's first name on the team sheet at this point.Signs a new contract, bangs in a hat trick then says he'll play in any position we need him. What a spark of hope in the dark times.
ETH knew about Mazraoui as a number 10 thoughNot good enough for ETH though
The complete opposite to the fella who's supposed to be a local lad. He signed a new contract and disappeared for nearly 3 years.Signs a new contract, bangs in a hat trick then says he'll play in any position we need him. What a spark of hope in the dark times.
He's so good at pressing and nicking the ball in dangerous areas. Inverted 10 suits him really well. He's a winger, playing too far inside detracts from his ability to take players on. I agree though that I'd rather play him at 10 than wingback.
I am with you. IMO, it was clear to see from the start that he has the quality. He was ready IMO and didn't get enough chances. The loan to Rangers was Ill advised considering their European and league campaigns. The conditions were not conducive. He still scored goals there like every other club he's featured for.
His first goal for United was a header against Milan in the EL for United and looked great overall. He wasn't allowed to build on that but Daniel James was allowed to stink up the place as a non producing starter on the right
In the end, the Sunderland loan did him a world of good, but I'm convinced he'd have brought the goods at OT anyway
“Glimpses of ability” — he was robbed off a Championship YPOTY at Sunderland. He clearly wasn’t ready though, went on loan to Rangers didn’t do much, was only when be went to Sunderland he started to show glimpses of his ability
+4 aura
I would say he's been our best attacking player since he started playing for us this season. Can we have another 3 of this young man please? Quickly becoming our best player.
He pushed up out of rwb to get his goals, he's clearly a far superior 10 to rbw. He’s so much better at RWB. What a 20 mins!
He was ineffective at RWB really. The only reason he did good was that he pushed further forward when we were chasing and he was playing RW.He’s so much better at RWB. What a 20 mins!
Would love to see him wearing No7 shirt next season

Shocking manager, that’s why, worst we’ve had in the years after FergieI can't fathom Ten Hag seeing all the others and thinking Amad wasn't good enough to start. He's been world class over the past couple of months. And the only one with some balls on our team. What character this lad has
Nooo he's got the spirit of Keane with 16Would love to see him wearing No7 shirt next season
