Need to sell some stuff!

I sold the vast majority of my cars to pay for the bunker, Mobile Operations Center and also bought the weaponized Tampa.

The downside with the weaponized updates is that you have to research them first - so you assign your bunker staff to research, but they take an absolute age to complete the research for each item - and the order they research them is random. So I have currently researched 5 out of 45 research items...and obviously some are better than others!

You can pay to fast track the research to unlock the currently researched item instantly, but this costs $225k per item!

I think I have spent around $8m since the Gunrunning update launched!

I want to get the Oppressor bike ($2.6m approx) but will wait until I have researched and therefore unlocked the rockets for it.

I want to play but we need bodies!
The new missions are up to 4 players - so we have us two and Levo and then hopefully we should be able to get someone else.

I did most of the missions with Duffy - so they can be done with 2, but I think they will be a lot more enjoyable with 4 - because they are all about blowing stuff up!

Also, I think you need to get some of your legendary playlists together :)

I bought every research item for $225k. I have to say its a terrible mechanism. Having to purchase a vehicle, wait a long time or put a lot of money towards it with reseach, hoping to get some of the vehicles weaponry and THEN having to pay to install it.

Enjoyed it myself. After you lads left I went and spent a shed load on a bunker and an office and now I am pretty much broke :lol:Will probably be on again tonight

although might be later than it was last night.
Your driving reminds me of my own at times. When you got us stuck in the dune buggy then managed to abandon me on the other mission just outside the airport.

Only reason I died twice on the other mission was because I ran out of snacks :( All I had was smokes

I've brought a bunker, plenty of cars to export though.

Be on later with my handy lag switch.

How does that lag switch work? I wanted to try and get in a session on my own earlier where I could work away on CEO stuff but I couldn't remember how you explained doing it.
an easy way to get in to a session on your own or with like minded people is to choose free aim and then go online, those sessions empty faster than normal ones as well.

Thanks for the lobby @Levo. In the end, when the other two or three joined they just did their own thing too which was perfect.
No problem, yeah the few that sneaked in kept to themselves which was good.

That is the link for the lag switch, just download it and then extract the files. Once opened it has just the one screen where you either select Low, Medium, High or Insane as the option (go for insane). Then click start and it will start lagging the connection, I usually turn it on as I'm up in the clouds looking for a connection and then turn it off again as I zoom back in. It's a bit hit and miss as to how long it takes to work but I sometimes just leave it lagging constantly until it finds me the right session.

Being completely solo I've not had anyone join, obviously when inviting a few last night another few sneaked in but doesn't seem to be a major problem.

Excellent, thanks. Just need to find a way to run it on OSX now, unless @swooshboy knows any that work on it

Not so much - struggling with that one too!

I think though, if Levo starts a lobby and invites us then we should be able to join him.

If people on PS4 want their own solo public lobby, then the MTU method works - go to network settings on the PS4 and setup int connection. When it comes to MTU, set it for 800 instead of 1500 and you should be alone in a public lobby - if not then select join a new session.

Yeah, Levo invited me and KK to one last night. A few others snuck in but they kept to themselves.

First time he tried it though, a feckwad came in who made it his mission to follow me and kill me repeatedly so I ended up losing the $18k cargo.

Thanks.

I get why R* limit the CEO/Bikers/Gunrunning to public lobbies, but I hate that they do. I always put myself in a solo public lobby when playing and do the deliveries that way.

Thanks.

I was wondering why you kept getting killed as I could see the notification I thought you were just having a bit of a gun battle with some randomer. If I had have known you were trying to do something with cargo I would have given you a dig out to allow you to concentrate on the cargo and I could have kept the him busy. If that happens again let us know more than happy to assist as thats what crews are for.
