Yeah
He's a forward?
massive upset for Venezuela last night over Mexico....that said, this mexican team is a shell of itself not just in terms of talent but clearly in leadership. The english press is harsh while the mexican press is brutal which brings me great joy
Just watched the highlights of the Ecuador-Jamaica game. Jamaica were robbed. Ecuador's penalty seemed harsh as the ball was headed onto defenders arm from point blank range, but he gave it, and then an identical situation happens in the other box and ref doesn't give it. Both decisions were VAR checked. Zero reasons to give one and not the other.
To the media, the media mouthpiece that informs the public?Meh. Formula 1 in Miami was charging $180 for a nachos and $190 for fruit tray granted it was for the suites and not general public.

Hell, I think press eats for free at MLB games. I've seen the banquet set up in the Trop for the media & it was pretty badass, but never saw pricing nor POS / checkout lines.Dunno, didn't notice it was pressbox but I imagine it was pricey as well.
We have to beat all the other favourites to make it, every single one of them.I got Uruguay to win the tournament at +500 before it started. Liking the way that looks right now.
Nunez has 10 goals in his last 7 matches for Uruguay. And he’s not been offsides as usual although he is hitting the inevitable crossbar every now and again.Uruguay dominating Bolivia and leading through our very own Facu Pellistri with a cheeky header and now even Nunez has scored.
Uruguay have a such a balanced squad from front to back. Bielsa has really transformed their style of play as well.
By 2026, their key players eg Nunez, Pellestri, Fede, Bentancur, Araujo should all be in/nearing their prime

With Messi likely out for the next group stage match, I’d like to see Argentina go with this lineup
4-1-2-1-2
Martinez
Molina—Romero—Licha—Tagliafico
Paredes
Enzo ———— Palacios
Mac Allister
Alvarez —— Lisandro
It’d play to their strength in the midfield
México and the US out in the group stage is a pretty certain possibility right now. An Argentina - Uruguay final looks inevitable, maybe Colombia can do something about it.
Can you still finish 2nd and why does that even matter, you'd play VenezuelaScaloni already told that he is thinking of giving time to the kids (Carboni as an example) and those that do not play most of the time (Martinez Quarta), so I expect some kind of odd squad. Let's hope they do not fvck it up too much and loose the first place.

True, and it's a shame because he's about the most exciting player to watch right now. It's so easy to hate Vinícius.
Why? Flamengo connection aside, he's never struck me as a particularly unlikeable player (granted, I am very biased). It's so easy to hate Vinícius.
Who is The forward Lisandro?
Pathetic penalty from Paquetá
Vini! Finally a goal!
He has no class. The guy tries too hard to show that he has "attitude" all the time in the grossest way possible.he's never struck me as a particularly unlikeable player (granted, I am very biased).
