Brexited | the worst threads live the longest

Do you think there will be a Deal or No Deal?

Anyone else find it incredibly amusing to hear cries of remainer parlaiment and against the will of the people when in fact the only ones blocking it are the hard brexiteers

JRM, Johnson and Gove are all fecking snakes. The fact that they need a second chance without someone as useless as May competing against them for the top job says all you need to know about how pathetic they are.

DUP could easily lead this towards a General Election by declaring no confidence in the Government (not that they will because of the £££)

If true, they should be sacked, right?

I know I'm a bit late on this one, but I'm really surprised at how little the complete backwards logic of Tezza's statement earlier has been mentioned.

She'll step down if the the thing she's been stubbornly fighting to get through parliament for months gets enough support, but if it doesn't, she'll stay?

What?

Don't try to understand the logic of Theresa May. I'm convinced she's either a sociopath or she's on the spectrum.

If you read it as a threat it makes complete sense.

For the older posters amongst us (@711), is this the most chaotic time in British politics you've seen in your lifetime? Along with the most inept politicians to go along with it?
It is. In the past both Tories and Labour had major figures who people regarded as intelligent and effective even then they disagreed with them. Can't think of any now.

'Speaker has walked out suspending proceedings until the indicative votes are counted. But Tories are furiously pointing to the mace, still in its place, and trying to encourage deputy speaker Eleanor Laing to take the chair. Which would be a parliamentary take over...'

Jesus Christ, what a shower.

What the feck are they using to count them?

True "will of the people" stuff there.

I've not seen someone cling to power so desperately. It's seemed at times like she believes she's heading an autocracy.

If you read it as a threat it makes complete sense.

Well this is just it, isn't it?

She's basically threatening more incompetent nothingness and inaction in lieu of leadership if turns out that people still don't support her, by saying that if they do support the shit plan that she knows everyone thinks is shit, she'll leave them alone from now on, but she'll be happy because her shit plan is being carried out.

It is a bribe plain and simple.

It’s like David Moyes and Ed Woodward tying to sign Herrera all over again!
