I actually don't think Trump was lying when he said he was a germaphobe, and back in high school we learned piss was to be considered sterile (though I think the recent update on that is that it's actually not, but then again Trump doesn't know this). So there's still some hope.
I was under the impression it wasn't actually sterile but usually more so than tap water and generally harmless.
