The Trump Presidency | Biden Inaugurated

It's funny that the Illuminati has always been a running joke and something credited to the minds usually protected by tin foil but I really don't think the idea of a group of people that have come together to forge a "new world order" is completely far fetched any more.

It really does look like Putin is forming/has formed a group of influential politicians (or at least is backing them all separately) to try and change up the shape of global politics. You've got Putin, Trump, Farage, Le Pen, Wilders, Petry... I'm sure there's more.

I'm not pushing a conspiracy theory of cloak, daggers, secret hand shakes and symbols but I do think it's clear the far-right of many western countries are combining resources to come to power for the benefit of shared agendas.

Has something new happened this morning ?

BBC's Paul Wood claims that were made yesterday.

And the former MI6 agent is not the only source for the claim about Russian kompromat on the president-elect. Back in August, a retired spy told me he had been informed of its existence by "the head of an East European intelligence agency".

Later, I used an intermediary to pass some questions to active duty CIA officers dealing with the case file - they would not speak to me directly. I got a message back that there was "more than one tape", "audio and video", on "more than one date", in "more than one place" - in the Ritz-Carlton in Moscow and also in St Petersburg - and that the material was "of a sexual nature".

The claims of Russian kompromat on Mr Trump were "credible", the CIA believed.

Last April, the CIA director was shown intelligence that worried him. It was - allegedly - a tape recording of a conversation about money from the Kremlin going into the US presidential campaign.

I just saw the Rubio link you'd posted where he goes apeshit on Aleppo, conclude Putin is a war criminal, so thought I'd if the same can apply to W.

Well it's a very complex and difficult subject, and military operations are hardly my area of expertise. But would it be fair to say the structure of the Russian army and the influence and involvement of Putin works very differently to the way it works in the United States, or worked when W. Bush was Commander-in-chief?

Look how quickly this story is developing. Clear now there are separate sources claiming the Russians are in possession of multiple videos.

Think its just a matter of time before the smoking gun footage is leaked.

Oh yes. That rumor. Well, if you feck anyone other than your significant other in a lux russian hotel room, then you 're an idiot. Full stop. Filming equipment tends to be rather well represented in such places. Kinda like all over, different angles, on the walls, ceilings, showers, etc.

I doubt any footage if it existed would ever leak, so it's just a matter of whether you believe did hire Russian hookers or not.

Don't know enough to make that call.

But do you think the Western media is full of shit when they talk about Syria and Aleppo and the real reasons we're there?

Massively different in the sense that there are nowhere near as many checks and balances in place against Putin.

If indeed, the Russians do have it, they will never release it. Why would they want to compromise their golden goose?

It's not a conspiracy theory, it's simply the truth. And it's a fecking worrisome development.

On the contrary, it's time for me to put my head into my arse further. I have a reasonable job, insurance provided by employer and I'm in the bracket of household income in the 75K to 125K per year. I'm hoping that my wife will get a job this year. I'm also a Lutheran Christian and a republican government is not going to hurt me personally. I may end up paying lesser taxes and I will tell myself that this is the working of God himself. If hardcore lefties can enjoy a Trump government for the perverse reason that Sanders didn't get selected, I think it is time for my head and arse to be reacquainted.

My response was as ridiculous as your post.

Hate Trump all you like. But don't put words into my mouth. Certainly not attribute assumptions that I have never subscribed to.

Btw this thread has evolved from the Hillary cheerleading thread to the Hate Trump thread with the same participants, excepting one or two who want to wait and see.

Trump is now using his twitter to advertise for L.L Bean. Crazy. Would link but can't right now.

Wrong. You should know that it started out very pro-Sanders, given you were participating in it then. When he failed to be nominated, the vast majority of the Sanders supporters saw Trump as far the bigger threat and backed Clinton with reservations. Because they're sensible.

The collective orgasm every time he opened his mouth during the primary is a fairly good giveaway.

This is essentially an untrue statement of fact. If it had been true, Hillary would be President.

Indeed, it used to be a discussion about the feasibility/effectiveness/fairness of Sanders' proposals, while we mostly laughed at the shambles which was the Republican primaries. How things change...

What part of the plan coverage got worse?
Specialists now need to be approved (which they never gave me problems anyway), prescriptions went up from $5 to $20 so between me, wife and kids we are talking about over $200 a month, now I have to pay a co-payment for specialists and hospital visit, so not too bad yet besides the premium going up every year and the prescriptions went up 4 times the rest is about the same.

Not really. Most active Sanders supporters did realise Hilary was the more sensible choice compared to Trump once Bernie was out the race, at least to some extent. Definitely in this thread anyway, and probably in the general public.

I bet the others would point out that Sanders was the choice of this thread. Once Clinton was nominated, naturally the Dems candidate had the support in this thread and elsewhere. Sanders himself campaigned for Clinton. There's just one in this thread who keeps mentioning Clinton when Trump is criticized and that's you. I'll post whatever I like. If you don't like it, put me on ignore and move on. Cheers.

This thread/forum is unimportant.
I was addressing the fact most Sanders supporters did not listen to him and vote for Hillary.

Talk about missing the point. Good grief.

Why would people assume all Sanders supporters were Democrats or even leaned Democrat? Polling just before the election showed something like 72% of Sanders supported Clinton. His support base however was far broader than traditional Dem voters which is why it was such a crying shame that he lost the primary. He'd have destroyed Trump.

Well first, I was talking about this thread, second, I'm yet to see any stats that back you up generally. Post evidence please.

One the other hand, if votes were based on how many likes a redcafe poster had @Cina would basically make himself king, and who wants that?
I swear I see far more mentions of Cina (or indeed his mum) than I do posts by him. I think we must generally frequent rather different threads.

I would say, given that, I feel I should give him the benefit of the doubt, but then, I think the few posts I've seen may have been sufficient to remove doubt.
