I didn't find this guy particularly convincing. Sanjay seemed to annoy him by asking him actual medical questions that he couldn't deflect in front of the press. Another thing that struck me is that Trump is his boss, and unlike his relationship with previous Presidents, Trump is more likely to be prone to bullying his employees into publishing favorable numbers than his predecessors. Even though the Doc claims Trump asked him to speak about it for as long as possible, I'm sure it was based on the expectation that the numbers he provided the media made Trump appear healthy. Therefore when Sanjay asked the question, this guy almost started stuttering.
