I have bought the Insurgent PickUp, Hydra, Savage, Valkyrie, Buzzard...but not been tempted by the tank.

Quite a collection you have there. I've bought the insurgent too, wish I hadn't and had saved for the Hydra, which is next on my shopping list.
The Insurgent that you can store in your garage is worth it - the other one I think was a waste of money for me. I Think I have called Pegasus for it 3 times since I bought it. I think it should be storable - also because that would mean you can mod it etc. I think it looks better than the regular Insurgent, but no point calling it just for the gun - it is slower and less armoured than a modded Insurgent - plus you have to drive to collect it.
The Hydra is well worth it - particularly now that it is delivered to helipads - and not just runways like it was originally.
The Savage is good for missions - the explosive cannon and rapid-firing missiles gives it loads of firepower but just wish it could take a bit more damage. When flying solo then you can fire all of the weapons.
The Buzzard is much faster, but the cannon is pretty weak (non-explosive), and there is a delay between firing missiles (unlike the Savage)
the Valkyrie was a luxury purchase - love how it looks but if you fly it solo then you can't fire any weapons - so no good for doing missions on your own. If you have 3 others in it as well, then it becomes lethal!
Series A Funding is double RP & $$ apparently - so Humane Labs is back to normal now.
#4 isn't my favourite heist, so not too bothered about playing through this one again. The heist feels more like a series of regular missions, than an actual heist.
I am assuming next week would be double RP & $$ for The Pacific Standard heist...which would be v cool. Would give about $750k per player for the full heist.
There really must be some new DLC on the horizon - something more than the usual vehicles and clothing...

I would say go with the Hydra. It's more fun to fly, has the same firepower as the Savage, and is faster. Only downside compared to the Savage is that it can't carry any passengers.
I wish you could sell Pegasus vehicles too - would sell the Insurgent Pickup, and maybe the Besra or the Vestra jet.

Have you completed all the heists? The best way to make easy money is to get the All In Order and Loyalty bonus for completing all the heists. That will give you $2m plus the money from doing the heists themselves (you also get $100k bonus for the first time you complete each heist). The only challenge is finding 3 other competent people to do them with you!

Yes, I've completed all the heists, I've also did them in order and received the extra million. What's this Loyalty bonus you're speaking of?
The heist system on this is bollocks for PC. Once you finish one stage it should auto move the whole team into a lobby for the next. Instead it puts you all back in the instance and you have to check your phone for the invite to the next stage. Sometimes it times you out joining the instance or you get put in a different one so the invite never comes, it's retarded. You should go to the lobby for the next stage with the same team every time you finish a setup. I ended up doing the same setup 3 times yesterday for Humane Labs before an invite for the next stage arrived.
Loyalty is doing all the heists with the same 4 people.
I agree it should put you all in the same session - sometimes it does, other times it puts you in a public lobby etc.
Even when that has happened to me, the invite message for the next setup has always come through quickly.
If it doesn't, the host can always go to their apartment and select it from their board.
On PC when you finish a set up it just takes you back to the 16 player map, you're no longer in a party and you have to hope the leader goes and starts the next stage and invites you so you can accept from your phone.
Yeah this is all over the place. Sometimes you get put back into a private lobby with the 4 of you, other times the 4 of you get put into a public lobby, or you just get split up totally. It's not so much of an issue when doing heists with friends (although it is annoying) but if you are doing them with randoms then it makes it extremely difficult to stay together as a four.
One other thing I wish they would change - you should be able to choose to go to an invite only lobby, or crew only lobby from online. You can choose these from offline, but once online in a public lobby, you have to back out into SP, before then rejoining MP. Waste of time.

The Rockets vs Insurgents mode is really good - hope we can get a load more of us on there as it will be absolute carnage! Think it's more fun than Snipers vs Stunters. These couple of videos are from a new map we found - better than the other RPG vs Insurgents as there isn't a bridge to fall off, so you waste less time:

There is speculation that the next DLC will feature cars with hydraulics - different settings for hydraulics at LSC have been found in the game code, apparently.
I also read that the 'theme' will be LOW, as in low rider cars - which would fit with the hydraulics options:
But read a thought someone had that LOW could instead stand for Loss Of Wealth...which in my mind suggests casino.....

Was a good laugh doing the heist last night. I'm away until Sunday, so you'll need to find another body to finish it.
But happy to do more heists with the 3 of you after that.
