For those who get a rally one, just do At The Races. I was in an ATR rally last night and cruised to victory even though partner didn't say a word.

I've got to pick someone up around 4ish and have some food but I'll be on from 5 onwards if people do decide to do heists earlyish or whatever

I'm amazed that the servers are up and running roughly when the servers are under least strain. It'll be around 5pm when they start to feel the pressure again I think.
Depends. It's up to you. We are very active again, with 6+ people on regularly, and with heists out we're on 9-10 per night.
Just tried loading up the heist and no problems. Hopefully it stays that way.
