In theory the best place for Darnold is Minneapolis but I wonder what is the next best place? Which team can provide him similar infrastructure and need a QB?
He has likely benefitted enormously from such a bright HC as KOC, that won't be available to him in other environments.

The Giants and Raiders need a QB but will probably draft someone high in the first round. Seattle and NOLA could be options but I have no idea how the contract situations with Geno and Carr are. New Orleans more so than Seattle should they hire someone like Ben Johnson or Joe Brady as HC imo.

Gibbs is getting an ass whooping tonight.

Edit: 2 days ago. His ass has probably already been whooped.

The mention of Johnson and Brady is pretty both seem to be QB friendly. Maybe the Titans?

The interesting thing about Darnold is that he has all the tools to be an above average starter, his only flaws this season are that he sometimes tries to force the ball to his #1 target and he focuses a bit too much on deep balls, but the latter is not helped by the fact that KOC loves it.

Funnily enough, I want to see what KOC can do with Daniel Jones.

Chicago when KOC joins them

Niners play McCaffrey on IR again. Season done. He has wrecked 1000s of fantasy managers this year. Glad I didn’t get the #1 pick.

Nothing hurts more than this. Reminds me of the time I had first pick and used it on Le'Veon Bell the year the steelers didn't want to pay up.

Also the Niners are cooked. CMC likely won't be as good as last year ever again, Deebo is getting up there in age, Aiyuk coming of a complicated ACL injury, Kittle wrong side of 30, Trent Williams is getting older.

And they're going to need to pay a not-top 10 QB an absolute shitload of money very soon. They'd be better off letting him test the market.

Can they like not pay QB and just gamble on a draft pick, i mean if your QB wont accept offer that matches more his value rather than mental market, maybe improve in other areas and hope for the best for a QB on lower pay.

Edit: Dunno how certain situations have impact on teams cap, when you just let players go

Oh wait we’re on bye week. Ignore me.
Yeah you're both on a bye this week. The bye teams are a bit faded but it's not very clear (just compare Houston/Baltimore to the Chargers on the right).

It would've been even more extreme if the Colts didn't have that last gasp comeback drive against the Pats last weekend.

Good. They deserve it.
