Lets be honest he's going nowhere. Amorim will be gone before him, mark my words.
And he was doing his usual “jog as if he is trying”. Never seen anyone who had such lack of interest to support his team and teammates. One of the worst cameos I've ever seen. Nothing came off for him.

Sadly, this will very likely be the outcome.Lets be honest he's going nowhere. Amorim will be gone before him, mark my words.
Wasn't horrid, wasn't good. Complete lack of impact really or any sort of threat to Arsenal.Haven't watched the game, was he really that bad? Reading the comments, it's really worrying, we all know he is not a top class player, and he will never be one, that much is non arguable, but I was hoping he would be a productive attacker that can be decent for us this season.
Agreed, for me he was never a star, had good seasons but never consistently good, and our problem is that he is a top earner, I think he is top 5 earner in the league let alone at United, I think only Cas, Salah, KdB, Haaland earn more than him, Cas came here as a 4 times CL winner and was already earning similar wages at RM, the other 3 have 2 PL greats and one in the making if already not, he earns as much as these top players, sadly we are stuck with him until his contract expires or he is sold for a decent fees.Wasn't horrid, wasn't good. He's just not a very good player. There are endless wars going on in this thread daily about "abuse" or his good seasons in the past or mental state, but the reality is it's hard to overstate having a marquee forward on 350k a week perform to the standard of your average mid table forward and what that does for squad building/composition. Too many seem unwilling to accept or realize that. Sure he can still score some goals for us this season (it'll probbaly have to be playing off of Zirkzee), but the days of hoping he'll rediscover his youth or turn back into a starman are over even if the name value still says otherwise.

He has a huge contract which would need paying off to get rid of him so either amorim uses him or relies on the likes of garnacho. Can't believe he's still here. Guess this stuff takes time to sort out with all the other deadwood that had to leave but I really really hope Amorim isn't as daft as ETH in putting his faith into this guy.
We are playing against a team who are excellent from corners, so don’t give them corners. WTF was he doing before their second goal, trying to be clever, just kick it against Odegaard, lack of intelligence.
I don't think so. Unless he shows significant improvement, he'll be sold, even for pennies. Keep in mind, there are financial reasons to sell him, not just performance-related considerations.Lets be honest he's going nowhere. Amorim will be gone before him, mark my words.
This guy has bags of talent but unfortunately has a heart of a kitten. I mean like something is seriously wrong with him psychologically. Soon as he came on, he pulled out of a 5050 challenge with fecking Saka of all people. Last season this fixture, think a similar thing happened when he ducked out of a challenge which led to Jesus scoring. But you get the idea, there are way too many 5050s he is simply afraid or chosee not to contest. It is infuriating to see.
If he puts as much effort into shagging as he does his football then probably.Did she break up with him since Sunday?
It's felt like he's been scared of physical contact ever since his back injury, and then utterly terrified of it since his shoulder injury. He was never someone who'd throw his weight around but I don't remember him chickening out of all physical contact earlier in his career.Yeah that’s probably his single biggest flaw. He’s six foot plus and built but he’s probably the most lightweight looking striker in the league. Comes off second best in every single physical challenge. And that’s when he isn’t avoiding them completely.
It’s all so strange. Stuff like running hard and punching your weight in a duel isn’t difficult to do. You don’t need to be on a good run of form to do any of that. And it’s something most players fall back on if they’re struggling in front of goal or creatively. With Rashford it’s the first thing to fall away. Bizarre.
By whom and how?He is protected inside the club and he is on a contract that makes him unsaleable. Going nowhere. Just get used to it. Too bad for this coach, though.

He's not the reason we lost the game. But he didn't help us much, or himself either..... If as had been suggested, he was in his feelings because he didn't start.... That's not the way to win the haters over (nothing likely will tbh). Hopefully it's not that, and anyway I trust the manager et all to handle it and only play him on merit....
Nothing new to be said but it's a shame, let the pile on commence.
What are the chances? Virtually none.No he isn't. He's on a contract with a high wage. If an offer comes in and the club wants to sell then he will go providing his wages are met.
