Great to have him in form heading into the Arsenal game. Rashford is usually a streaky scorer. I think he's been decent overall this season. He's clearly trying harder even under ETH.
I really don't understand your attitude, I'm trying my best to be reasonable here with ye all, and ye are just being arseholes. Making the football forums unbearable to post your opinion in at all.
It’s simple. Because a significant amount of the criticism wasn’t ’very valid’ whatsoever. It’s was incredibly toxic and even nasty,Again as I've already said he played well today which I'm delighted to see, so I for one have no issues with his performance. All us United fans want to see, or should want to see, is our players play well week in and week out and the team by extension do well.
I don't understand why everyone who was critical of him before for very valid reasons is get shot down in here all the time, it's ridiculous.

Yeh I completely agree with that, some posters clearly have an agenda unfortunately. It’s simple. Because a significant amount of the criticism wasn’t ’very valid’ whatsoever. It’s was incredibly toxic and even nasty,
It is when all you want to do is have a reasonable conversation on the forums and your just getting laughed at.
Just take the L and move on it's not that deep
I found in hard to bear when everything Rashford did was overly scrutinised, mocked, ridiculed, criticised etcI really don't understand your attitude, I'm trying my best to be reasonable here with ye all, and ye are just being arseholes. Yeh I agree with you there, especially everything around the way he was dressing and everything, that was ridiculous.I found in hard to bear when everything Rashford did was overly scrutinised, mocked, ridiculed, criticised etc
I think some of your posts were unnecessarily mean spirited in respect of Rashford, so I can see why there’s a bit of a reaction after he’s had a great game.Yeh I completely agree with that, some posters clearly have an agenda unfortunately.
Were they? I didn't think so. I just have a problem with players who don't put the effort in on the pitch, doesn't matter who that player is.I think some of your posts were unnecessarily mean spirited in respect of Rashford, so I can see why there’s a bit of a reaction after he’s had a great game.
I remember watching games where he was running hard, closing down the keeper, making plenty of runs in behind, only to come into his thread, and read about how lazy he was, and how he had a terrible attitude. I noticed a real disconnect between what I was watching, and what I had been reading. Were they? I didn't think so. That’s if he makes 30 goals, but I certainly hope so as that will mean we get decent money back to be reinvested into the squad.Yup, make him back into a 30 goal striker and then.... Checks notes.... Whut?
Well I don't think I've ever called him lazy, I definitely have said things about his general attitude on the pitch sometimes though, but those kind of things are just opinions which I think are completely reasonable whatever side of the fence you're on.I remember watching games where he was running hard, closing down the keeper, making plenty of runs in behind, only to come into his thread, and read about how lazy he was, and how he had a terrible attitude. and thank god for that!I’d imagine Amorim and our new recruitment team will make the best decision for the incoming and outgoing that fit into the long term plans
I don’t expect the manager will have any interest in selling Rashford, and said as much before he came in.and thank god for that!
People's opinion on Rashford has been massively influenced by what other people have said about him. Yes, he's been poor at times but so has everyone.I remember watching games where he was running hard, closing down the keeper, making plenty of runs in behind, only to come into his thread, and read about how lazy he was, and how he had a terrible attitude. Yeah this is my feeling too.People's opinion on Rashford has been massively influenced by what other people have said about him. Yes, he's been poor at times but so has everyone.
Why doesn't someone like Dalot have three or four different threads on here when he goes on holiday during time off? I'm not sure any other player attracts such a weird level of analysis. Even when he plays well and scores twice, there's a bizarre level of negative spin on this thread.
Depends on which way the wind is blowing on whatever day it is with our fans. Him and The big fella up top both took their chances well. I'm amazed at how well Ruben and Co are working with the players and playing them to their strengths and keeping a system. ETH had me thinking it wasn't possible. So are we still up for selling him this week or have people come to their senses yet?
And there you have it. Like clockwork! He was good today, but going back and saying the criticism of him wasn't warranted is a joke. He needs to be in this kind of form consistently for his age, status in the squad and money he's being paid. He's had like 4 or 5 good games in the last 50.
That being said, I hope he keeps it up because if he's in form, it's very good for us and it keeps Garnacho on the bench who has been dreadful lately.

It goes both ways, though, to be fair. That same poster has used phrases like ‘Rashford Defence League’ in the past. It’s really not helpful and just adds to the toxicity on the forum. These are the same posters that constantly cry about toxicity on the forum, by the way. Then then they come in here and create it when Rashford is finally getting some praise for a rare solid performance.
Imagine United fans being happy about a players performance. Toxic as feckThese are the same posters that constantly cry about toxicity on the forum, by the way. Then then they come in here and create it when Rashford is finally getting some praise for a rare solid performance.

You guys are incredibly soft...I knew the prime culprit would come out of the shadows.
You guys are incredibly soft...
I made a post a few days back asking why positivity and support triggers you guys so much, nobody tried to answer it obviously... but it's baffling. Truly odd
