The fee is getting bigger with every passing minute, back up to €40m now or £33m, I know the pound is crumbling but how can we not do better with only a year left on his contract? We weren't even getting this much from Madrid for the best goal keeper in the World last Summer in similar circumstances.

I love Lingard but we definitely needed an improvement at RW for the first team. I admittedly haven't seen much of Henrik but being one of the best players in the Bundesliga last season can't hurt. RW should be sorted now with Lingard being good enough to be backup.
