Man I just can't take this anymore. I have watched pretty much every game for the last 20ish years. But watching De Gea play just makes he angry these days, how can you be so poor at so many basic things, and how is he always at his worst in the big important games.

He is completely finished. The main reason why we cannot win a single big away game this season. Brentford, City, Liverpool, Newcastle, Sevilla all have his footprints over the reasons we lost.

De Gea has many games where he saves points. But he also has far too many matches where he looks like an amateur. In particular, he's so bad with his feet that it's a problem. I can really understand why he never plays for Spain.
Should be benched next week, not just sold in the summer.
Only slight positive is that hopefully it wakes the manager up to the fact he shouldn't have a new contract.

The worst kept secret at United is that it wasn’t a fax machine that kept De Gea at Old Trafford. It was Real Madrid coming to their senses and realising they could get better with a little patience. They have never shown one iota of interest since – nobody decent ever has.

I don’t know what I can say that’s not already been said but Jesus Christ, if Madrid had signed him in 2015 I genuinely don’t think they’d have gone on to be so dominant in Europe.

He was dreadful. Absolutely awful. I like him and think he'll bounce back but that was shocking.
