He did well when the ball got to him except that time he slipped, and popped up with an important goal.

Did well, we didnt play through the right side at all today.

Having a very good season. Still feel like he can go to the next gear in coming years, he is that talented imo.

Before this season, he was an excellent striker of the ball. If he can rediscover that then he'll go up a level immediately.

Had an alright game, nowhere near his best, but got into a great position and scored a goal, it's a great sign that he's able to make big contributions even when not on top form.

Underrated finish. Clever rolling ball on the ground no way the keeper saves that.

Watch Rashy powershot it into Alisson's hands any day.

It's a sign of a quality player to be mostly out of the game and then pop up with a big moment. Just shows he doesn't stop running or let's his head drop.

Yes, his corners have been dangerous though but he his long range shooting hasn't been quite there yet at times.

Our coolest player in front of goal. Even when he’s not been in and amongst it, when you need him he delivers

I’d be tempted to play him through the middle in a bit of free role and put Garnacho as one of the 10s for Hojlund.

Don’t think this is his best position but his ability to hold the ball would benefit us majorly.

I love Amad so much. What a player! I hope he continues at this level. Mainoo was equally exciting last year, and while he is still good, Mainoo is not the same as last year, so a bit worried if United will bring down Amad's level down, like it's done to so many exciting players. Let's hope - not, and let's hope Amorim will take a very good care of him, because Amad can be world-class if he plays like this for multiple seasons.

He’s getting some big goals in the early stage of his career here (as a first team player). Good signs.

He should be playing RWB more often, it brings out both his and the team's quality. When he plays as a #10 he tends to be more anonymous and our right wing has no attacking prowess unless its Antony at RWB

He's got that right 10 role locked in now. Just needs a competent 9 next to him and preferably a right 10 next to him and we'll see even more from him. Great instincts to anticipate Garnachos cross and a calm finish.

Does anyone know why he was booked after the first goal?

Salah scores and it's basically a lap of honour that goes on for about 5 minutes and he gets away with it.

As you allude to it's more a question of not having a wing back on the right. Maz made some runs yesterday but he's not got the speed and dribbling skills to be that wing back who gets in behind.

Without a wing back to make space for the 10 and feed the runs they make then they'll always be anonymous. Thankfully Amad has the knack of taking his limited chances.

He did? I thought he was the quiet efficient type. Love him more now.

He did. After Robertson fouled him close to the end of the match. Video has been copyright struck now though:

Some people are saying he was shushing Robertson, but I watched the game on a South American stream and they said he was shushing Liverpool fans

He's the same guy who got sent off last season for taking off his shirt and holding it up to the camera after scoring the last minute winner against Liverpool. I don't think he's as reserved as you might think.

Can’t believe it took so long for him to cement a place in the first team. I mean he’s hardly got or had any proper competition

Got booked for booting the ball at his own fans
Ah fair enough. I like him even more now.

Edit. That's the away end, so he just got booked for kicking the ball into the Utd fans.
Has any player EVER been booked for kicking the ball into the stands and that too his own fans? It's not like he smashed it. He kind of lobbed it. Have seen players literally the remove the ball out of the net and kick it high up in the stands and no one bats an eye
