It absolutely is and it's usually serious. Non contact knee injuries are a constant worry in any sport that isn't golf.
We have all been waiting 3 months for our team to have a normal weeks training. Normal week comes: everyone breaks their bones or rips their ligaments! Going to be a nervous last few months of the season..

As I said it can’t just be coincidence, Liverpool seem to go through season after season getting little to no injuries. I know there’s a lot of talk that they cheat using inhalers or whatever but how can we go season after season with one injury after another, questions need to be asked.

Wasn't really a risk. It was guaranteed it'd happen and clear as day. Squad already had no goals in it and they made it even worse in Jan.

Damn. Huge blow, I'm gutted for him and the club to be honest. Obviously the league is a wrote off in terms of European qualification, but you felt that with someone like him that we could definitely win the cup or Europa League. Seeing as no one else can score, that feels like that chance gone. Sad.
