Mitoma we need to watch him closely, he's that good and much of a threat for us to even put a man on him.Who?

Doesn't stand a chance 1v1 against Aaron Wan-Bi... Erm Noussair MazraouiMitoma we need to watch him closely, he's that good and much of a threat for us to even put a man on him.
Amad went off at the same time, Garnacho has far less control and composure. Really made a difference as well. You make it sound like things didn’t go to shit the moment Mount was taken off.
we just beat them in MayWe are losing to them for years now and seem to never learn
To be fair we've got the scousers the weekend after so at least we get an extra day for that, they play half 4 this SundayYou'd think having us play the first game of the season Friday night (therefore having the shortest time to prepare) would mean we got a bit of rest for the next game but nope, 12:30 Saturday.
They definitely weren't brilliant, Everton were just really poor.
We’ve struggled against this lot for years now, time to make a statement by going there and fecking smashing them!! C’mon Utd!
We beat them there 2-0 3 months ago
Ya not sure were people are getting that they were in some dominating top form. They weren't. Everton was missing their best defender and had 39 year old Ashley Young playing RB .
Brighton scored 3 on 5 shots on goal (10 shots all match, Everton had 9 shots)
The goal Mitoma had their positioning was Sunday league, Mitoma was allowed to just walk in near the far post without anyone within 3 yards of him. Just look at it
Their 2nd goal was more poor marking from their defense and Pickford's terrible positioning
Pickford has that if he wasn't implanted on the edge of the 6 yard box
and their 3rd goal came against 10 men 20 minutes after Young got sent off.
Obviously not saying we will just go in there and steamroll and we'll have to show up and play well to win but it was more Everton being poor than Brighton being great
Same formation/system as last game, which I think we will adopt. How can we accommodate Mount? We definitely need his energy at AMEX!
Mounts pressing is really top notch. I think he is close to turning the corner for United.Same formation/system as last game, which I think we will adopt.
I can see it being unchanged.
Ya people can hate on him because he didn't have 40 passes or 3 big chances created or something but he was doing a job that doesn't usually show up in the stat lines unless you are going real in depthMounts pressing is really top notch. I think he is close to turning the corner for United.

They had some pretty sloppy play building from the back in the first half against Everton. Not to count chickens but if we press as well as we did against Fulham, we're bound to catch them out plenty. How can we accommodate Mount? We definitely need his energy at AMEX!
Yep, last 5 PL games against them we’ve lost 4 of them… always a tricky tie for us.
This. Great workrate is needed. Crossing fingers Casemiro can keep up with the overall tempo of the game.Mount’s off the ball movement and press is necessary- the guy needs to play
I'll get a message to Erik and let him know.It means fans act scared of the teams like Brighton and Fulham and it is annoying. The only teams we should ever be concerned about are City, Arsenal, and Liverpool. Everybody else we need to be crushing home and away
Haha. Wouldn't that be awesome?I'll get a message to Erik and let him know.
I cannot argue with this feeling. 3 point is all that matters. Give me the win with an intact squad at the end of the day.Any sort of 3 points at this stage. Have no real concern with performance at this stage of the season, just try and accumulate as many points as possible and limit as many injuries as possible.
We beat them away last seasonWe are losing to them for years now and seem to never learn
17/18 we won the first 3 games, back when we were 4-0 FC under Mourinho (beat West Ham H 4-0 and Swansea A 4-0)When did we last win our opening 2 games of the season ?
