Yevhen Konoplyanka

Only time I've seen him was when he ripped in that 25 yard screamer in against England at Wembley.

I only saw highlights of him when spurs were about to play his team in the Europa league. I can see why Liverpool wanted him, he is quick, skilful and runs at players for fun. Would be that exciting player we like. The only thing is his touches showed that he hugged the left touch line like Valencia likes the right hand side and it's whether we would take that or develop a more all round game. Either way I think this is just paper talk and Liverpool will get him if they want him.

Would certainly match Van Gaals wide player fondness though. By all accounts he likes fast tricky player's who can keep the pitch wide.

I've seen this guy a few times this season and not once has he disappointed. Top talent.

He looks a top talent every time I've seen him, admittedly I've only seen him about 5 times but he's been the best player on the pitch each time.

Patience. A couple of seasons as first choice in his actual position, and this smiley's going to look pretty daft. Especially for a side whose defensive line-up he'd walk into at the moment.

Stumble, roll-over, headbutt-self into you mean. The Graceful One. ;)

He's quick and intelligent, but if he's smart off the pitch too he'll go to Spurs or Everton and not have to worry about beating out 5 other good players.

Praise be to Yevhen.

Looks OK when I've seen him but if Liverpool pulled out of signing him before and are now looking at lallana instead then it prob tells us this lad isn't united quality.

The Guardian saying we are set to make a £15M move.

I personally think this would be a great bit of business, he is fast as fook and has a great shot. Certainly more dangerous/direct than the wingers we currently have.

25 in September, hardly one for the future.

I've only seen him in his games against England, 3 games I think, he looked good to be fair but I don't know no where near enough to be excited or seriously concerned by this transfer.

A more explosive winger than any of the ones we currently have isn't something to get excited about?

Vidic was 24 when we signed him.

Christ, football manager has really warped a lot of people's expectations.

I think its more to do with Ryan Giggs/Wayne Rooney. At United I've often noticed that if a player isnt peaking aged 21 then he's considered too old to learn by many fans. We've been spoilt by a couple of truly exceptional cases.

What's wrong with 25? He's hardly what you'd call ancient
