UEFA Champions League Matchday 1 fixtures (18th - 19th Sep 2018) | Kick off @ 17:55 and 20:00 BST

Outside of Juve Italy has been a wasteland for years. Napoli got some hype for their style of play but have never made an impact.

Makes me wary about buying players from there, it is such a different tempo and what works in Italy will often not work in the PL.

TBH I think Inter are just in really poor form, and barely scraped fourth last season anyway.

Roma did pretty well last season .. I do think the top sides are inferior to those in the Prem (Aside from Juventus) but there certainly isn't a huge gap, Inter are just not very good.

2 shots on target at home in your first CL match.

Nearly as shite as Robbie Savage commentary.

Edit: typical lol what a goal

This isn’t making Serie A look great tonight. West Ham could probably beat this lot.

Newly promoted Parma beat Inter at the Giuseppe Meazza the other day. This says more about Inter than anything else.

Spurs meltdown incoming?

bla bla bla typical statement by people who doesn't watch a Serie A game in a year….

the wasterland have performed better than England according to UEFA coefficients.

ps.

Icardi scores

Messi wants none of that Dembele MotM business. Legend!

Barca are very boring to watch. They just have 90 minutes of of possession and score a few goals.
