UEFA Champions League Matchday 1 fixtures (18th - 19th Sep 2018) | Kick off @ 17:55 and 20:00 BST

Huge blow for Spurs, especially considering they were minutes from all three points. Needed at least a point you feel.

He was so bad in the world cup. It was like watching Rooney at the end.

He completely dominated the game against us... poor in the first 2 games but he was fantastic otherwise and he’s been outperforming Cavani for Uruguay.

Great assist for the 4-0 just now too, by the end of the season he’ll hit about 30 goals and people will still bang on at how finished he is.

Next season he’ll still be Barcelona’s main striker.

Lol Spurs are forever bottlers.

Inter don’t look like scoring all night and they’ve done them.

There you are. The great Spurs that plays the best football in the world and is managed by the amazing Poch. United must aspire to this Spurs level.

Deserved goal that. Inter did everything possible to win it and spurs were only ahead because of a fluke goal. Brozovic has been impressive. Continued on from the world cup.

Inter were awful and did absolutely nothing all game. We created a number of decent chances in the second half but bottled all of them, then fecked up at the end after they scored a wonder goal.

We're a joke, but they didn't deserve anything.

Watching Spurs can cure any illness...

Disagree. You're watching a different game if you think that. I don't think spurs have ever looked the better side in this game, the goal only let them break more freely. Deserved result for me.

Outside of Juve Italy has been a wasteland for years. Napoli got some hype for their style of play but have never made an impact.

Makes me wary about buying players from there, it is such a different tempo and what works in Italy will often not work in the PL.
This looks a bit of a silly post now...
Italy is full of quality, just not many people pay interest in any other team outside of Juve

What a great start to the CL. Messi hatrick, a red card and Spurs being Spurs.

What's up with Pool's lineup? Sturridge instead of Firmino? Keita benched? Weird from Klopp here.
