It was a straight red card. Violent conduct off the ball, so no close up shot of the incident. Ref didn't see it, the goal line ref made him aware.

It’s 100% the goal line referee who makes the decision. The replays are not good at all, makes it difficult to see what actually happened. But to me it looks very harsh.
