As 3rd choice for a role, yeah I don't see the issueWho is that?
Are we truly still relying on his availability?

To play maybe with his good buddies J Frimpong and M Rashford, only time will tell.Sancho back
Letting. A normal club can't move the dial for an oil club.I'm not sure how these deals are agreed, but perhaps we can get a 'favourable' deal with PSG for Ugarte for letting them have a clear run at Neves?
After signing a forward and a defender, United's primary focus will be on signing a midfielder in the coming weeks. Manuel Ugarte looks the most likely addition, as long as a compromise on his fee can be reached, with Paris Saint-Germain understood to value him at roughly £50 million.
United would need to sell players in order to finance such a move, or look at ways around paying the fee upfront, such as spreading it over a number of years (as they have done with Zirkzee) or securing a loan deal with the option to make it permanent at the end. They are open to selling midfielder Casemiro, Hannibal and Scott McTominay this summer.
It is for these reasons a move for Benfica ace Joao Neves is seen as unlikely. The 19-year-old is of interest to the club and is believed to be open to the move, but his transfer fee may be too high for them to afford right now. In order to get the best value for money, United are also considering a number of loan deals and free agents this summer, with Adrien Rabiot viewed as another possibility to strengthen their midfield.
Even after a deal for Yoro, United would still like to sign a second defender with Matthijs de Ligt and Jarrad Branthwaite among their targets. Again, these moves rely heavily on departures first, with the club actively looking to sell Victor Lindelof and being much more open to letting Harry Maguire leave as well.
United are also hoping to sign a left-back to provide cover for Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia, though this is another position in which a loan addition could be targeted. They are also open to signing a right-back if they manage to sell Aaron Wan-Bissaka. A further attacking addition has also not been ruled out, though United will most likely only be able to fund one if they manage to sell Antony or Marcus Rashford.
If we pay the united tax for the best talents in world football rather than others who will go unnamed we can live with it.The Yoro fee being inflated (due to many reason) might have undone some good work/press United did for the Zirkzee deal.
INEOS need to be carful to not over pay on the next target otherwise the so called United Tax will be alive and kicking again.

Especially since they paid around €60m for him last summer and apparently want rid. Can't expect profit in those circumstances.Cant see us spending that much at all.
Doesn't know we hold a year option
Yeah sorry he should be on there I thought I put himRasmus not even making the bench?
I picked Zirkzee because he's the better tactical fit with Rashford / Garnacho. As I was saying in that post they are the two best wide players in the club and I think we need to find a way to play them both. Rashford, Hojlund, Garnacho can't make enough chances for each other.Hojlund starts. Zirkzee will have to earn his place, maybe an impact sub at first. People always cast away previous years toy when they get a new one dont they?
Maybe better to explore the Rabiot deal for a free instead?Cant see us spending that much at all.
Rabiot is an upgrade over McTominay / cover for Mainoo, he has nothing to do with our CDM needs.Maybe better to explore the Rabiot deal for a free instead?

PSG wants to sell, otherwise, they will not be mentioning clubs from Spain and Italy that are interested in him. I doubt that there are any clubs in Spain and Italy that will fork out 70 million euros for Ugarte, hence, the second tweet that says that there is an unnamed EPL club looking into him. Anything above 50 million euros is too much for him. PSG paid 60 million euros for him wants him out of their club, does not fit their coach strategy, and wants to make money on him, by selling him more than they paid for him. Wow.
So essentially they're looking for us to pay them for their Neves bid.

My guess is that other clubs still view us as easy source of cash (incomings and outgoings) and still run by non-footbaling jokers who don’t give a shit. It will take a bit of time for new management to establish some “street cred” by standing firm here and there, but it may take some frustration in the short run as we’re not able to buy or sell players at reasonable valuation. This is what pisses me off. If Wan Bissaka played for Luton WHU would have no problem in paying 15 mil for him. I don’t know why other clubs think they can low ball us that much. I get the wages but iirc Wan Biska is not on crazy money at all

I think teams are just testing us. Eventually if we only accept appropriate bids teams will start to come correct.
If Bissaka played for Luton, he would’ve been on 3-4x lower salary - hence buyers would have it easy paying higher transfer fees for himЭ If Wan Bissaka played for Luton WHU would have no problem in paying 15 mil for him.
