That's the idea and we will not get hit in oil and gas taxes, but anyway I tried to find out about the Paris climate agreement and I can't find any info on individual countries in other words what China (they keep building coal power plants), Germany and France, what they have to give up and how much each country has to pay to the smaller countries.
