I feel like theres a certain percent that is fairly immovable. He could shit on the american flag, screw it into a ball and stuff it down their grandmother's throat and they's still back him.

Yeah but his numbers could slip into the low 30s or high 20s. At that point, Republicans running in 2018 have a serious dilemma on their hands.

If he recovers from this backlash quickly then it feels like nothing will bring him down.

It isn't about right or wrong anymore for some of the Drumpfsters.. it's about their side winning and maybe even more about making sure that the other side loses. According to the stuff I've been reading it seems as if the nr.1 priority right now is making sure that Hillary goes to jail and nr.2 is that the left should shut up about Russia because there's obviously no evidence. I don't want to sound too naive but I never thought that so many people could be so fecking stupid. It's not even party over country, it's literally party over themselves, but they are too stupid to understand that..

It was really refreshing seeing that Joe Walsh guy though, he proved that you can actually support Trump but still be sceptical of what he's doing.

You'd think people would have learn their lessons by now in encouraging celebrities (with no political experience) running for presidency. Latest name being bandied around is Dwayne Johnson.

This sums up my views perfectly.

I want Dave Chapelle as President

"42 nations of the willing, ready to roll son!"

Feel like @langster is missing out here.

Where is @langster is what we all should be asking

Suspicious that @langster should go missing just as Comey is booted from the FBI...

Poor @langster missing this. Someone turn the lights on in Devon.

@Billy Blaggs used the word polemic AND yet again has provided some astute and informative posts that were supported with a few clever sarcastic digs.

What else have I missed? I didn't see much else on the 20 odd pages I just came back to. :nervous:

How low can the bar get? What's next, cannibalism?

Speaking of how low can the bar get, two of the names Trump is considering to replace comney is Guliani and Chris Christie (according to CNN). It seems like the bar definitely still has a long way to go down

Comey got fired mate. lolz

Oh @langster you have missed out buddy

I just read through and am catching up on CNN at the moment. I really don't know what to say to be honest, especially that since firing Comey he has had a private meeting with Ze Russians and allowed Russian press but not US press in to the Oval Office. Spicey has gone missing and Kellyanne returns, it's just insane, I bet shit is going down behind the scenes and I think all I can say is that if nothing happens now, if Trump can do this without repercussion then I don't think anything can hurt him.

Nobody has asked this yet, but seriously, is the President of the USA now considered a security risk and a threat to the country? And which ending will Trump see? JFK or Nixon?

Do you smell what The Rock is cooking?

Maybe Comey's gonna go down swinging...
Washington (CNN)There are two reasons why President Donald Trump fired James Comey, according to a source close to the now-former FBI director:

  1. Comey never provided the President with any assurance of personal loyalty.
  2. The fact that the FBI's investigation into possible Trump team collusion with Russia in the 2016 election was accelerating.

The worst kind of all. If you are smart enough to be skeptical of what he's doing, and yet still support him... I really don't know what to think of him.

The only Trump supporters I can look at as mundane or "normal" are the absolute idiots.

Even W's people didn't hide in bushes...and he was an actual Bush.
