The latest to come out today is he wants the restrictions on how to treat prisoners lifted, basically sanctioning torture and he wants the CIA Black Sites that Obama shut down, reopened. Not bad for a weeks work really. It's almost as if the last 8 years never happened, and that's the scary part.

No, a liberal will point to the huge bulk of evidence regarding global temperatures, sea ice extent and greenhouse gases, whilst the opponent will just cite the glacier. There is no complexity, one side is engaging in cherry picking and obfuscation to promote their own incorrect position.

Come on now, several facts can exist at the same time but they quite obviously can't be mutually exclusive. Facts cannot be disputed otherwise they wouldn't be facts.
People are very welcome to use words such as "opinion" instead but this "alternative facts" can get to feck.

Katie Rich the SNL writer who made the joke about The Moron's son, has been suspended indefinitely. She's a comedian and a comedy script writer, she makes jokes, she made a very bad one, but surely that goes with the territory? I'm not sure I agree with this, I think it's a bit too harsh. She retracted the joke and made a sift apology, I think that was sufficient.

Nah it's beyond the pale. He's fecking 10 years old. Apology or not, she made a grave mistake and usually there's consequences for that.

There's enough material on Trump to last a lifetime without going after some kid who literally no choice about anything.

Yup, I agree with you 100% on all of that, I really do, i'm just not comfortable with her losing her job (if it comes to that) I agree there are consequences but I'm not sure her whole career should be fecked up for one mistake. Anyway, off topic...
