Just to add to this, if they plan to use 'alternative facts' to prove voter fraud it could be an attempt to create new voting suppression laws.
current suppression laws are pretty damn good. This will be about deleting people off the voter list and then those people struggling to get back on it

I suspect most of them did vote...
Yet Trump is still in power. All of this fell down somewhere and blaming the Russians won't fix a thing. I don't assume anything when it comes to America and it's politics anymore.
Trump supporters are back in hiding resulting in The Donald having low approval ratings etc, polls he never did well in anyway.
People still aren't listening to Trump voters, it's all about get Trump out and those of us who feel let down and the danger is it reinforces their Adolf propaganda and he wins another term. That's when they can show their true selves when they vote in private and pay lip service to evil Trump in public.
Look at that Shia LeBouf prat. He was the one aggressively ranting into someones face just because he voted Trump yet the victim of abuse was widely described as a racist white supremacist, he was automatically the bad guy.
All of that reinforces the Trump supporters mindset. Shia should be chastised for what he did, not applauded.
All Trump has to do is implement a fraction of his ideas, show his followers he is 'Trying his best but Washington is so corrupted it takes time' and ask for four more years.
Random rant over! I hate the world!

Why do you have to register anyway? Why can't they just send out whatever it is you need to all American citizens over the age of 18 (or however old you need to be to vote)?

Now, at least five states — California, Connecticut, Oregon, Vermont, and West Virginia — have authorized automatic voter registration at DMVs, in which eligible citizens who interact with the DMV will be added to the rolls unless they “opt out” of registration

Our politicians in truth DONT want people voting and engaging.

I mean ffs.

It's decided state by state, so if GOPers have any kind of sway in a state they aren't going to do something like automatic registration when it'll likely hurt them. Shit but true.

Aye though most current voter suppression tactics are on a state-by-state basis & usually only enforced in states where Republicans have a lot of control, this could be enforced on a National level.

There's a feedback loop as well. Fewer people (largely minorities) vote, so more Republicans get elected, which allows them to draw the district boundaries, which allows yet more Republicans to get elected. The GOP act all embarrassed about Trump's rants on illegal votes, but it's a direct result of their rhetoric over the years.

That tenfold increase in earthquakes in a matter of five years is downright terrifying as is the effective shutdown of the EPA. That is a 15.000 employee strong agency with an annual budget of eight billion dollar frozen out just like that.

That is the one thing I believe Trump might really do lasting damage with. I don´t see this idiot starting a nuclear war and him screwing up trade and political relations with other countries can be repaired, even stupid walls can be taken down again. But the things he might do to the environment? Pretty much irrevisable and also a global matter. I believe that the longer he stays in office the more he will be despised by future generations who will be the ones to pay the price for his personal ego and greed.

The guy Shia LaBouf was ranting at, was wearing a Hitler Youth hat. Also Shia is Jewish.

There's also this from back in November when Trump adviser Kris Kobach accidentally revealed Immigration and Voting plans.

Great post, and you have a very valid point. Trump's wish to be immortalised may not quite go as he wants it to. Also, his constant berating and belittling of China has already backfired badly, they have spotted a gap and a weakness and they have gone for it. And when China get to lecture you over Climate Change and dangerous emissions levels, you know you must have fecked up badly somewhere along the line. On his own, and from his own arrogance and ignorance he's making China become the leader of the world. They are making all the right noises and reaching out, and their attitude to Climate Change is an exceptionally welcome change from their previous denials and refusals to help.

Not only wearing a Hitler Youth hat, but shouting the number “1488,” which is a known white supremacist/racist slogan. He should count himself lucky he didn't get punched in the face like that other tit.

It seems these's lot take active pride in being absolute scum. Very strange and sad.

WASHINGTON - Protesters with Greenpeace have scaled a crane in downtown D.C. in a protest against President Donald Trump.

The protest began around 8 a.m. when several protesters scaled the crane located on the site of the old 'Washington Post' building. The group took responsibility for the protest and said they will deploy a 70-foot by 35-foot banner with the word "Resist" on it. Seven protesters were involved in the climbing of the crane.

The protest is causing traffic delays near the intersection of 15th Street and L Street.

No arrests or injuries have been reported.

In a statement released after the protest began, activist and Greenpeace Inc. Board Chair Karen Topakian said, "People in this country are ready to resist and rise up in ways they have never done before."

"While Trump’s disdain and disrespect for our democratic institutions scare me," Topakian continued, "I am so inspired by the multigenerational movement of progress that is growing in every state. Greenpeace has used nonviolence to resist tyrannical bullies since 1971, and we’re not going to stop now."

Capt. Robert Glover of the Metropolitan Police Department told the Associated Press that when officers were called to the area of 15th and L streets Wednesday they found three people who weren't authorized to be at the site attached to the crane. He confirmed that another four people are now on the crane.

In a statement released on Twitter, D.C. Police said, "A small group of protesters have engaged in dangerous behavior in downtown Washington, D.C. While we respect everyone's right to protest, today's actions are extremely dangerous and unlawful. Multiple government resources are being tied up, and unfortunately streets are blocked while first responders try to safely address this matter."

Shia, a Jew, was shouting at a Nazi white supremacist. The fact that Shia didn't turn to violence should be applauded, cheered, and applauded again.

The guy he was shouting at deserves everything that comes to him.

'The liberty of saying anything has enemies only among those who want to reserve for themselves the right to do anything'. (Marat)

He's done & said everything, except the rallies & military parade, presumably nobody would turn up.

Well he held multiple "Thank you America" rallies AFTER he was voted to become President. That was completely unheard of before, and was clearly done to appease his love of being adored by the public. He wanted missile launchers and attack helicopters to be paraded during his inauguration but the heads of the military talked him out of it, apparently he wasn't happy about that at all.

In other news, The Ex-President of Mexico strikes again.

Someone with a lot of time on their hands has created a Bad Lip Reading edition of Trump's inauguration:

Good stuff.

Weird way of putting it. Someone being the same youtube channel that does all of these 'bad lip reading' videos?

Good for them. Bigger crowd than the Inauguration.
