I've stopped trying to argue politics with the people on this US car forum I've mentioned previously as my brain was close to giving up on me based on all the stupidity I read over there, but I drop in from time to time, usually after big breaking news just to see how they react and even though many of the Trump fans are admitting that he's an embarrassing person and should lay off twitter, they still love his policies and that seems to be all that matters. It's not a very big sample size though obviously so it's not a good indication of how the country thinks overall, and many of them couldn't be more textbook base Trumpsters, but I'm always shocked by how so many people can care so little about the fact that the leader of their country has the mentality of a 5-year old, and often shows that his intelligence is around that level as well.
