The Trump Presidency | Biden Inaugurated

I'm thinking Andrew McCabe's new book, which comes out today or tomorrow? Apparently when Trump fired Comey, the FBI talked about what it would look like to invoke the 25th. The deputy AG gave a non-denial response.

Still love that Trump tweets quotes from his own propaganda machine. It's the equivalent of using my mom as a source to boost my confidence.

I predict he'll announce the state of emergency by standing on the desk in the oval office, arms aloft, singing "I'll do what I want, I'll do what I waaaaant, I'm the president, I'll do what I want!"

I'm going to play Trump lies bingo. Things we'll hear:
- 'Like never before' (referencing border crossings which are down to lowest point in decade)
- 'Drugs are killing millions of our people' (referencing drugs of which 90% do not come through what the wall will stop)
- 'Many caravans of murderers' (referencing the imaginary murder caravans Stephen Miller and Fox News have made up)
- 'Biggest threat in our nation's history (ignoring all the actual threats)
- 'Radical democrats' (referencing the house and senate who just passed the bill he's signing)
- 'Open borders' (referencing something literally no democrat has ever advocated as their stated policy)

Probably some more obvious ones, but we'll see.

“Nobody knows/cares more about (random issue/minority group) than me.”

‘I’m the biggest expert on berders they’re is.’

Watching the press conference:
Who outside of politics influences you?
-Sean Hannity
-Rush Limbaugh
-I don't have time to speak to Ann Coulter

He's lied in virtually every statement today, and has now discredited the findings of his own government.

It wont come to the senate.
Nor will he be impeached.

The Mueller Report will speak for itself.
He will be made an Offer He cannot Refuse.
There is even the possibility of this report not being made public , not sure to whom this report will speak when its primaty consumer is the Congress.

Doesn’t matter whether it’s made public really. There’s enough sealed indictments sitting in the courts that will explain a lot once they’re unsealed. They should do much of the speaking. The report will go to Congress and the HOR will do whatever needs doing.

Neil Katyal's opinion was enlightening.
The SC Report is meant for action to be taken. It cannot be amended in any way. It will be submitted to DoJ.
If nothing is done, The House will act. It is a report to the American people.

I agree that the House may act on this. Then it will reach the Senate when we will have a repeat of the Clinton impeachment attempt. Also, everybody would want to get to campaigning mode for 2020 at this point.

You are aware that the "HOR" can't impeach the president by itself , aren't you?
