The Trump Presidency | Biden Inaugurated

Coming from the guy that has indefinitely delayed press conferences on Melania's immigration status, his conflicts of interest and I think maybe also his tax returns?

Also, is he genuinely questioning whether the US intelligence agencies can be classed as "intelligence"? Obviously there'll be some sympathetic to that view, but he's...good grief.

They're gonna have to kill him, aren't they?

The US has elected an increasingly senile egotist, who shows little sign of caring about anything other than his name being remembered. I don't see how this lasts four years.

The point he starts trying to tweet the nuclear codes, because his sandwich order arrived wrong twice in a row. Then, when they stop him, he claims he'll go on national television and reveal the details of every briefing he can remember (probably only the last 2-3, at best, but still...).

I can't fathom US institutions tolerating this kind of stuff for 4 years. Expect a lot of whistle-blowing to happen

It would be too funny if Trump tweeted classified information.
'That would be tremendous, I tell you, everybody knows I do the best tweets, I tweet what no one else can do at the time.'

I'm a bit confused by this Trump. I would have thought he was all for liberalization and free trade considering his background, yet one of the first thing he does is threaten US based corporations with import duties for goods produced outside the US.

Isn't that the populist message he was contesting on? feck the free trade policies of GOP and keep the focus on keeping the jobs in US? It turns out that lot of Republicans don't care about small government as long as they have jobs in the US.

Nah, if you followed his campaign, we was very openly protectionist.

So fecking strange all of this. I'm not he most clued up person when it comes to politics but Jesus Christ he cant carry on like this for 4 years surely. American government trying to out Russian spies and he's publicly siding with Russia, crazy stuff.

One positive about Trump is that he'll probably tweet the entire truth behind Area 51. Always been curious about that one.

He probably thinks that's one of Prince's proteges.

The guy is clearly hiding something. No sane President would side with an autocratic thug over his own intelligence services and government. Expect another shoe to drop at some point in the near future over allegations of active collision between the Trump campaign and elements or intermediaries of the Russian government.

Was driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and saw military compounds in the desert. Supposed to be where Area 51 was. One of the exits was named as 'Zzxxyyzz Road'

Nevada Route 375 is also called Alien Highway. There is even a inn called Little A'Le'Inn which serves some very good burgers. We did the trip and went nearly all the way that was permitted to the public.

So Trump trusts Assange more than he does the US Intelligence. He'll be getting his briefings from Alex Jones next.

To be fair, since computer and hacking experts around the world are very hesitant and cautious when it comes to attributing those attacks to Russia. His stance in this case could be quite sensible.

What "movement" is his exactly? Bowel?
This is no laughing matter. American diets mean many have very serious constipation. If you catch the adverts during US streams youll see this with all the ducalax commercials. Trump is solving the constipation problem. Make America Go Again.

It seems like you agree with him about the low journalistic standards. Or is it that you want more nonsense published as long as it builds on the current narrative? Like a scientist who already decided the outcome of an experiment and tries until he gets the results he wants.
Poor journalism has and always will exist. The poster you've quoted clearly believes that their major failing lies elsewhere than the piece highlights. Not sure what confused you about that. That tweet is focusing on a specific failing whereas the poster is telling you the failing is much larger elsewhere. Simples.

Also to be noted that with the election of Trump, political standards have been lowered by a far greater degree.

Make America Shite Again :smirk:
