Ok. If I am not mistaken Trump is a multi millionaire if not a billionaire. Where is the contempt for him? What about Ted Cruz and Mitt Romney? What About Hannity and Bill O Reilly? the irony in your posts is that as per you everything thats wrong is due to the dems. Alright, the gop was in complete power in these middle states for the longest time. What have they done to fix anything?
He's not backing the GOP, Eboue is pointing out that the choices for these voters is between a shit sandwich and a shit milkshake.

Both the parties are the same with the same vested interests, only the extent and depth of those interests are different.

There you go again, jumping to conclusions about people on the internet who don't agree with you. That's right, I'm a robber baron who sneers at the wretched destitute through my monocle.
In none of my posts have I said I hate poor people or dehumanized anyone. You are having an angry episode right now where you are showing trump tendencies to make shit up. Maybe some of the countless homeless people who you have taken in to live with you could help you log off and relax with a cup of hobo tea.

Man, you just consistently do not understand points that other people make. I didn't say you dehamuze people.

You are gleeful about working class people losing their jobs. The next step in our logical exercise is to understand that when working class people lose their jobs they fall into poverty. Follow if you will to realize that poverty in this country is especially horrible and dehumanizing as compared to other first world countries.

So to wrap it all up, you are fine with people suffering in this grinding poverty as long as you think they deserve it.

Yes. And 2018 Democrats do seem to genuinely be accepting of gay people. That's one of their few redeeming qualities.

Totally understandable. But the other choice was Donald trump. He has certainly shaken the tree but we are living through a fecking disaster right now. Hopefully 2020 will bring forth some common sense because right now we are on the brink.

Like I said, your utter contempt for these people shines through. I want all people to be free of dehumanizing, crushing poverty. You are fine with it, as long as it happens to the people who you think deserve it.

Is mid America similar to the ghettos in India? Last I checked America was a first world country. All of it.

FFS, where do you get this shit from? You say let's wrap it up followed by a fecking delusional assumption. You are as fecking weird as they come. From editing my posts in you're reply to just making shit up.

:nono: Turd Sandwich and Giant Douche.

I find think Eboue has seen real dehumanizing poverty. He just lives in his elitist mid west with their fancy roofs and luxurious denims.

I had to stop for gas in Indiana once. I was uneasy. It looked like a scene out of The Walking Dead. Honestly felt safer in Detroit.

To be honest some parts of even wealthy cities look absolutely grim. Not much first worldness when you look around.

What's the point of 'I've seen more sufferings than you bitch, shut up' posts? Poverty is poverty.
Very true, but the effects of poverty vary according to location. India has plenty of dirt poor people but the social structures are different when compared to the US.

In India most people have a wider support network that will help out in times of need (extended families and clans) as much as their savings will allow. I'm not saying this across the board but generally it is a true statement. In the US the gradual erosion over the last 50 years of the concept of extended families or looking after those with shared kinship has meant that once you enter poverty there it's extremely hard to get help other than pulling yourself up by the bootstraps (impossible) or begging on the side of road junctions.

I've never seen you on here before so I will give you the benefit of the doubt. I hate the GOP much more than the Democrats. I have never and will never vote for an Republican. I'm constantly arguing on here that "there are no good Republicans".

Fair enough. I still don't buy the whole clinton argument though. Would she do much for the mid west? Probably not. Would she do worse than whats happening right now? Probably not. Am reasonably confident she wouldn't have escalated a trade war which has affected many farmers and driven them to bankruptcy.

I'm from rural India and I can say that your generally true statement is not true.

A guy who has failed multiple times his whole life, and now makes most of his money defrauding real estate investors, 2nd rate property management and tax payers, was expected to return a very complicated industry in a global market back to its perceived former glory. feck off people.
If any of these trump voters bothered to look into the reality of this guy instead of the fake one they watched on reality TV they wouldn't buy a fecking thing from him. No sympathy what so ever.

I do feel sorry for some of them .These were the same people that voted for change and Obama. The dumbing down of America is also to blame ,where reality shows are blending in with reality.

Any other Republican candidate and I would agree but this was Donald Trump. Surely the copious lies through the election was an indication that this guy was spoofing them. Republican lead legislature and governors haven't helped them either. I feel sorry for anyone less fortunate then myself but the reality for these states has been coming for a couple of generations now and it's no secret that people vote against their own economic wellbeing in favor of their hatred towards there enemies. Republicans are very good on playing that fear to gain power. Due diligence should be taken seriously.

When true poverty involves your children dying of the most basic lack of medicine. Or not eating, or not feeding your children for days on end them even a thousand rupees is enough to earn Trump's votes.

America is a first world country. With poor people selling themselves for Trump. They are in a country where if they want to eat they can go somewhere else in America... And eat. Before I get jumped on I am not an elitist or idealist. I hate poverty everywhere. The point I was trying to make was Eboue gave some bullshit that the poor in America have no choice... Democrats or Trump. I strongly disagree. If enough stand up, in a first world country, and protest against the two tiered system they won't be gunned down like in other lesser well off countries.

I'll go back to lurking in this thread.

So lets say they do what you said and stand up against the two tiered system. What would be the outcome, coalition governments like we have had in India for the longest time, with everyone more interested in how many seats they get in the alliance than actual governance?
Every country has its problems. Simplistic comparisons to other countries will not really fix anything.

Most of that would probably just be required maintenance on already existing portions of the border.

This is all just a theater show.

Schumer is a Reagan Republican, the only reason he’s not a registered Republican now is because they have moved too far right for him and he’s shoe in for re-election in his district as a centrist Dem.

He’s got the best of both worlds, he can play the moral card in public while smoothing along his favourite conservative policies.

He’s basically what Eboue thinks every democrat is.
