Didnt the courts a while ago rule that since he announces official policies on his Twitter account then it still counts as official? It was ruled "unconstitutional" for example for him to block users on Twitter, does he even use his POTUS account for anything other than his retweets of his twitter account?
I don't know how they draw a line between personal opinion and official communication though. The Sanders tweet was mocked because it will be preserved in the presidential library for eternity.
