It's like he's reacted as my father would. He probably believes that the gif is impressive.

Someone wrote something similar yesterday, I think there's a lot of people who feel the same way. I love the person who said CNN is held to higher standards than the President of the USA. It's beyond surreal now, he's using a MEME of himself being as fake as possible in a fake sport to mock a News Corporation because they retracted a story and fired three people. I simply cannot for the life of me understand what or why, he really has lost the fecking plot and as I have been saying for months, is extremely dangerous.

The fact of the matter is, the DNC much preferred having Hillary as president than Sanders, their mistake was their failure to win. Trouble today is the Dems don't have a galvanizing progressive who can get the job done against the evil Trump empire in 2020. Whoever runs against him will have to deal with even more negativity than Hillary did.

Don't laugh but I actually think Al Franken would have the most success against Trump. He's already a comedian so it would be hard for Trump to attack him like he does conventional politicians.

Franken does not want to run. I know this.
imo Joe Kennedy will have the best chance. Its not just his name. His grandfather visited poverty affected areas in Appalacia and that is still remembered. Joe gave an appropriate response to the house Health care bill.
He clearly is preparing a run.

I believe he will run on the same issues Sanders ran. the progressive left will coalesce around him.

Would be amazing if he ran and would give the Dems a much needed shot in the arm of youth, in contrast to a 74 year old dementia ravaged Trump. Also better than Bernie or Liz Warren.

Whoever the Dems run, it needs to be someone 55 or below.

Would be good to have a younger person. Not necessary. Its the message that matters.

I do not want Warren though. She comes across as a teacher who scolds you.

Age does matter. The Dems can't afford to be viewed as an ageing party with the likes of Sanders, Feinstein, Warren, Pelosi and others as their leaders. They need new blood that's 50ish or younger who can represent the new generation, because they are a part of it.

I agree with you though, Joe was licking his arse when he wanted exclusives with Trump all the time, but in fairness to him, he did call him out all the time and he has done constantly in recent months. So he's not as bad as some Fox presenters. I'm not sure if that's a compliment or not :lol:

I did. Doesn't really change the point though.

And I have a hard time giving Schmoe the credit when one moment he mouths off on his show and the next comes cozying up to the Cheeto Jesus. Just a couple of months ago he still went on late night talk show talking about what a nice man Trump is in private (no shit Sherlock, he has an use for you and your show).
