If that's Sterling's history whilst in a relationship and they are still together then I can imagine it's not cheating. Not every relationship are monogamous and I suspect that with people that are high profile and constantly in the papers that the relationships are generally more open than what is considered normal. There are even completely fake relationships that are there just because of publicity.

Backing this. It's more likely that media is confirming its own bias (ie defining a one-dimensional trope of somebody's personality and running it into the ground). That's the issue with media - it doesn't like complex characters but instead loves caricatures. Unfortunately human-beings aren't that simple in reality.
I'm not saying there isn't some kind of racial element coming into play but we've seen this so much over the years with Rooney. It's just dumb.
If something like this is reported about a famous, wealthy player, and it isn't true, legal action generally follows. There was no legal action from Rooney, Beckham or Sterling, to my knowledge. No stories were retracted, no apologies issued.
You can draw your own conclusion from that.

Beckham has sued but courts in the US have dismissed it as free speech. One paper even admitted to making it up. Beckham denied any wrongdoing so you calling him a cheater is just you believing News of the World over David Beckham "just because".

Please provide sources to support what you just claimed. When did Beckham sue with regard to what Rebecca Loos claimed? And why would he sue in the US? The story broke in 2004 when Beckham was at Real Madrid.

Those aren't assumptions. That's me saying I can imagine a relationship being different. I'm not claiming it to be that like you claimed that celebs only sue when lies are being told.
I didn't say that he sued regarding the Loos thing. I didn't even mention that specific case. He lost the case in US because of the US free speech laws but won the same case in Germany. Same link also sources a settlement that they received from NotW.
In the case of Rebecca Loos you can choose to believe her, a woman who was a nobody and launched a career of being a media slag (who's closely related to Piers Morgan) because of this "tell all story" or you can believe Beckham who denies it. You can believe what you want but you can't claim that a person is a cheater based on hearsay. That's just bad manners.
