Good riddance. An absolute shocking manager
Human level, don't like to see someone lose their job.
Supporter level, obviously the correct decision has now been made.
Not gutted, but I agree with this sentiment. It’s very disappointing that it didn’t work out. Kind of had an air of inevitability about it after yesterday however, it became a when not if.Ffs I am actually gutted! Even though it is for the best. Ffs
Hope we don’t add another dud to these depressing conversations soonAnd now none of them are our manager anymore so we don't have to have these debates![]()
Did not see this coming, being the 2nd best bald Dutch manager in the league and all.
I genuinely liked him a lot and don't think he was given a platform to succeed on the whole, but it's the right decision. Good luck to him in his future endeavours!
Curious to see who we get as full time coach (and how long the interim will last).
It should have been after the cup final, allowing him to leave on a positive. At least it’s done now.Should have been after Spurs
How come I can't see this thread listed on the main forum page?
Oh yeah for sure! Not gutted, but I agree with this sentiment. It’s very disappointing that it didn’t work out. Kind of had an air of inevitability about it after yesterday however, it became a when not if.
Now I can get back to hating the players again. Is everyone ready for the cycle to repeat itself yet again ? …
On a human level you should be happy free, he goes away from a very stressful job with millions of pounds in his account.Human level, don't like to see someone lose their job.

I want the club to transition our style of football into a possession based system. I’m fed up of transitions and counters and being dominated by everyone.Xavi would be a disaster in my opinion. Most Barca players have played better since he left. And imagine trying to play Xavis possession based football with the absolute clowns we have. Bruno, Rashford, Casemiro, Ugarte……my god they’d drive him demented.
Amorim is my first choice too. I don’t think we’ll get him though. I think he will hold out for the City job, particularly given when happened in the summer.Has to be Ruben Amorim for me
We’re linked with Xabi Alonso but I doubt we’ll be able to get him.
Just please no Xavi - didn’t inspire me at all
Rebekah Vardy incoming!Given the new club structure this is surely going to be the most anticipated appointment we have made at least since Sir Alex retired.
Fascinating to see who they choose. I wonder if it'll be someone a bit left field.
Well done the players, threw yet another manager under the bus.
The manager may have been crap but that should not stop any player giving 100% every game.
Amorim or Emery, but the latter is more difficult to obtain.Has to be Ruben Amorim for me
