This won't need an update - so will just go live today. This also suggests that there won't be any additional content - although the moddable Sultan and Banshee were not released as part of an independent update I don't think - so there is a chance.
It seems as though R* are putting all their energy int PvP modes, rather than adding any PvE modes (missions, survivals etc), which I think is disappointing.
Some people are speculating that the Hunter (the Apache-inspired helicopter) might make an appearance as part of this, but I think there would have been leaks if that were the case.

This seems a very minor update, if it is only a single game mode. Doesn't seem enough to build a full week of activity around.
Must start playing this online. I went on a couple of times, but couldn't select the guns I purchased. I then tried a mission, but people kept dropping out. I then tried one where I didn't know what the feck I was supposed to do, and therefore got destroyed by the opposing team.
The new mode is a non-starter apparently. Heavily weighted in the tanks favour.
Depends how you play it, I remember people thinking the gunman in slasher had the advantage, till we all figured out we could batter the cnut to death with torches
Doesn't look the most fun - unless you are in the tank I suppose...

I still haven't tried the new mode - would be up for seeing how they are. I read a couple of 'reviews' that said without any teamwork they are very easy for the tank, but with teamwork, they are very difficult for the tank. Might be a luahg for the same amount of time we try most of the adversary jobs!

No further progress need the Irish lads online really to film their stuff and then I can start piecing it together.
Your character is a former soldier who returned from Iraq 6 months ago, secretly he was dismissed although he hasn't told anyone as such. He and his brother Levi grew up under their fathers watch after their mother died young. After the old group from The Caf went their separate ways and his brother Levi began competing against former friends Chris, Steven and Brendan for control of the cities drug and prostitution trade, Simon decided to go his own route and join the army. Now that he is back in Los Santos he has turned to drink to forget what he saw in Iraq and he struggles with his morals as his brother Levi tries to get Simon involved in his world.

Am working on a short movie too - mainly to play around with the director mode and see what it can do.
Doing a short backstory for my character in Duffy's movie - only going to be about 4 mins long as an putting the footage to a song.
have captured some footage in director mode, but need to capture some online, as the director mode doesn't capture drinking, plus it's a chore to change outfits. Will try and do this tonight, but I need to clear some clips first so I have more space.
