The best thing they've done regarding missions, is enabling you to select the specific mission you want to do - rather than calling a contact and seeing what they gave you.

There are a number of missions, such as Extradition, that are much easier / quicker with a Buzzard - so I would make that the first purchase, since it makes it easier to make money.

I bolded the missions that paid over 10k.

Was thinking it would be cool to do a playlist of some of these missions - particularly the ones that are much harder to do solo.

If people are up for it, then will try and put a playlist together.

Got round to updating my garage:

Now have cars from Supers, Sports, Sports Classics. Muscle, Bikes, Offroad fully modded.

I'm always up for a GTA mission/race session. Make a big money playlist and we'll get it done.

When we've played recently, the sessions have been too short so unless it's been funny, it's been a bit pointless.

Agree - its maybe the odd mission or race, and then crashing into each other aimlessly!

I will put together a playlist later this eve (or anyone else feel free to do one too). The max number of missions is 16 - not sure if people have preferences for # of missions? 16 can take a while... The other thing to consider is choose missions where there is room for 4 players at least:

So it could look something like this:

Mixed up with Coke (1-6): 13,500 - 45 - 3,325
Judging the Jury (1-8): 15,000 - 65 - 3,560
Trash Talk (1-6): 15,000 - 81 - 3,880

Dry Docking (1-4): 12,000 - 45 - 2,750

Docks to Stock (2-4): 18,750 - 70 - 3,300
American Exports (1-4): 17,250 - 65 - 3,150
Docks to Stock II (1-4): 15,000 - 75 - 3,080
Sinking Feeling (2-4): 10,500 - 55 - 3,000
Chemical Extraction (1-6): 10,000 - 65 - 3,850
Base Invaders (1-4): 18,750 - 27 - 1,460
Landing Gear (4-6): 17,250 - 55 - 2,800
Wet Work (1-4): 10,500 - 55 - 3,650
Satellite Communications (1-4): 15,000 - 60 - 4,900
Method in the Madness (2-4): 11,500 - 65 - 4,670

This would net $230,750.

Maybe do a 16 set and an 8 set, as the 16 one would probably take a while but would be nice when there's more people on and more time to play

Good idea - think the 16 job one would take about 90 mins min to complete (5 mins per mission), so will do an 8 as well.

Happy to put that together later this eve after the Holland game!

wooooooooooooo

Maybe between us we can compile a list for 4, 6 and 8+ people just in case more people are up for it.

Sometimes you get Levo, Damien and Big red have posted, Makki sometimes plays and thekk.

Some of the best missions are actually 3 or 4 player which is a shame. But when there are more of us, trash talk, LS connection, landing gear and missions of that nature are always good fun and pay fairly well too.

Think we should have:
  • 8x playlist (up to 4 players)
  • 16x playlist (up to 4 players)
  • 8x playlist (up to 6/8 players)
Think there are 9 jobs in the long list above that are for 6+ (some pay less than 10k):

Landing Gear (4-6): 17,250 - 55 - 2,800
A Titan of a Job (1-6): 7,500 - 24 - 1,200
Four Trailers (1-6): 5,250 - 45 - 4,120
Chemical Extraction (1-6): 10,000 - 65 - 3,850
Judging the Jury (1-8): 15,000 - 65 - 3,560
Extradition (1-6): 15,000 - 50 - 2,350
Trash Talk (1-6): 15,000 - 81 - 3,880
Mixed up with Coke (1-6): 13,500 - 45 - 3,325
The LS Connect. (1-6): 12,000 - 40 - 3,900

I'll be on at some point later. Need some cash. I'll post my updated garage later as well.

Think when we do actually do the missions, we should try and do them together - meaning waiting until everyone is there before triggering the shoot out. I know a few of us have done most of these missions solo, but if we are going to do these missions together, think it makes sense to actually do them together!

SO if anyone has any ideas on how to get these missions to appear when you create a playlist, then I'm all ears. The only missions it lists are ones like Top Fun etc - so all the Versus ones, not the contact missions.

I am going to try bookmarking a mission and see if that then makes it available...

Seems like R* really don't want you to be able to create your own playlist of any mission...which is crazy. The fact that you can now select any of these missions anytime from the menu screen should mean that you should be able to add them.

Nope - not sure how you bookmark missions - when you go to create a playlist, it only lists the versus missions - none of the contact missions.

There must be some way - as people have created the Coveted / RR playlists - but no idea how they have done that.

Any suggestions welcome!

I guess if we get into a private level, then we can just choose the jobs manually - not as convenient as a playlist, but not exactly complicated. The main thing would obviously be getting people on at the same time - which would be the challenge with a playlist anyway.

Ah no worries, if I'm honest I thought you left because I was so utterly shite. I was without a ps3 for only 21 days and it feels like I've never played the game before. Sliding all over the shop in cars. I'm loving that 6x6 Dubsta.

Nah it just conked out as I was descending the chopper.

You weren't noticeably bad or anything...can't say I noticed!

Will you be online this eve?

In the absence of a playlist, we could get a list of missions that people would be up for playing.

I'm going to be on at some point today, hopefully for a while. Really want to just spam missions/races as much as possible to get some money. Only have around 32k!

I've got under 1k

Seriously??

Am guessing most of it went in the strip club, the rest you wasted?

I bought the Dubstar, Pigalle, Zentorno and Vestra recently...so think I am done spending for a while!!

Would be up for missions and races to build cash - lets figure out a time when people can get on. 9ish onwards would work for me.

What sort of time are you thinking? Not too bothered about Ecuador vs France so around 9 seems good.
