couldn't be happier with this

just a little sad he won't get the chance to unleash McTominay

I honestly know nothing about this guy but central defence is probably our strongest area of the pitch for us and hopefully would make us a bit more solid.

Maguire De Ligt Martinez

OR

Yoro De Ligt Martinez

Dalot and Mazraoui as wingbacks.

Depending on how adventurous Amorin is, he could even have Dalot as a third CB. The Dalot of last year's form would be a very good choice. Essentially our Walker. Fast, tall, strong and good on the ball.

And I'm not joking. He really did it.

 I believe you. I'm just referencing Conte as successful post-hair-op manager in the PL.

I knew it.

There's been so much complaining on here that the new management team are dithering around and now it's obvious that was not the case.

The very fact that they were talking to other managers over the summer means that they've known for a long time that Ten Hag isn't the right guy, and they've been taking steps behind the scenes to organize a replacement and were obviously just waiting for the right moment.

We need to start having a bit more faith in the new upper management team. They're not as clueless as everyone thought.

How's his English? How's he as a communicator?

Not sure if it's already been covered either, but if I recall correctly, Liverpool didn't turn him down or anything. His style and set up didn't suit their squad and they sensibly went their own ways.

He's coming from a significantly weaker league, like ETH did. That's my worry, but all we can do is hope!

@Sly must be delighted.

Sporting are probably about to make a billion on player sales that they will inevitably replace with better players for 2 million.

He rejected Liverpool in the summer hoping the United job would come up, that’s my manager.

I just had to tune into Gobridge, whose gob is live now. Eating his own shit saying things "I hope you (meaning club supporters who wanted ETH out) are happy."

What an asshole.

Remember who you are dealing with mate. ;)

Looks like the deal will happen. We spend billions on players, why not do it on the most important person in the squad?

Ok if we get this done I’m happy, this is exactly the sort of move we needed to make.

United has been my second team for more than two decades. I can't believe that I'll have to become a hater. We will go back to being shite if you take him *crying emoji

Since the previous thread was locked, I'll ask here again as I know feck all about him. How good is he really? More interested about his handling of media, big egos, man management and motivating rather than his tactics.

I choose to believe this for now
