Ruben Amorim | United meet Sporting release clause

I tend to agree. It's fun to complain about the squad but it's decently versatile for a number of systems now compared to where it was a couple of seasons ago. Main notable issue is Left back being a black hole, and our fullbacks not being great creative outlets in general anyways if you want to transition to wingbacks.
I would be comfortable with our rbs/wbs, but our left side is more questionable for sure. Maybe young Amass can grow into the role seeing as our season is shit anyway. Perhaps Garnacho do a trick there as well, his engine is good enough - but defensively its worse. Shaw will be back eventually.... right? Sometime?

A few hours ago he was reporting that United will be targeting out-of-work managers because of cost cutting. He is a professional guesser.
Feels like it's time to ban him. Absolute spoofer who knows nothing and is still probably butthurt about being banned from a press conference by ETH.

Ruben, Ruben, Ruben , Ruben
Do you, do you, do you, do you
Know what you're doing, doing, to me?
Ruben,, Ruben, Ruben, Ruben..

Ticks all the boxes for what we want. Also fair play to the new footballing structure for identifying their man and making it happen. To think everyone was sure they had no idea what they were doing only 12 hours ago.

Also read through all the comments on here. Our fan base has some serious whoppers.

looking likely that Ruud only gets the one game to manage. Club giving it self jo scenario where Ruud could get the job. Love to see it

I hope he realises his tactics in a Mickey mouse league won't work in the PL.

I do genuinely hope this one works out FFS.

Luckhurst is a chancer. Ornstein is the only one you can truly believe.
Plettenberg reported the same thing before Luckhurst, so as much of a chancer as Luckhurst can be when it comes to big developments like this, it's not like he's the only one reporting this.

Starting to wonder about that Dalot shot.
I swear he also should have scored from the Eriksen free kick, Fabianski saved it and it dropped to his feet but he just turned away from it. Ruben had been on the phone.

Be interesting to see what happens with RvN.

What is he like tactically, does he always play the same way?
I'll do an in depth post about that tomorrow mate. I'm too depressed today

everybody in Germany laughs at Plettenberg. He finds some nuggets here or there, but that's about it.

Couple of weeks ago, he seriously claimed that Red Star Belgrade might sell a player they've loaned out from Stuttgart, with Belgrade bagging the whole profit. I wouldn't trust that dude with anything.

I'd have my doubts he'd still want to go to City with this case hanging over them

he's very ambitious so maybe the prospect of bringing United back appeals

The only reason anybody would choose City over Uniter is for some of that off the books, under the table oil money which I imagine City aren't as keen to hand out anymore.

so reading up on his tactics and ideas, are we looking at something like this?

-----------------------Onana

-----------Yoro----De Ligt-----Martinez

Mazraoui---------------------------------------Dalot
----------------Ugarte---------Mainoo

------Fernandes--------------------Garnacho

----------------------Hojlund

Thoughts?
Who is scoring the goals?

Question: if Amorim comes and becomes good will you guys forgive me for my Rojo report?
Maybe here in the dirt with the rest of the scumbags, but in the Scout forum we'll continue to doxx and hurl abuse at you.

You think Zirkzee has technique ? He looks like a dog chasing a frisbee out there. Surely there are better strikers who actually score goals available.

He might not be a great poacher in front of goal as you would relate to a striker but he has shown in his past that he has qualities in terms of dribble and touch which you can’t relate …

What if your are a Ronaldinho and expected to win headers? :) seems foolish like your comments :)

How is he at bringing youth players through?

But Celikkaya's role in all this is fascinating because he was not
brought in to work with the first team but to develop players for it. That has been fundamental to Amorim's success. "In four years, 25
players from the B team played for the first team," says Celikkaya.

I was watching SkySports earlier and saw Kaveh just chancing on a whim trying to put his own 'journalistic' understanding into the mix, saying Amorim would be waiting for the City job and so he's a distant candidate.

And then a video comes out with him saying he's emerged as being in talks

How good's your youth set up thesedays?
Still doing great. We already have our next star/future big sale coming up. Geovany Quenda, a starter for us with 17 years of age. Youngest to score for us in the league and was the MoM against PSV in the CL for me. I can see Amorim wanting Quenda to come with him but he will be expensive.

I'm sure he would suffice for a smaller club in Italy, but he doesn't look like he's got the quality to be a success at a big club, which is backed up by his performances so far this year.
