There's a galaxy of difference between ETH and Anorim. One toppled the two giants in portugese football with a fraction of their budget and another had the biggest budget and best players in the league. Also ETH was quite old for an up and coming manager. Anorim is 39

Hell, even in the season where they were shit and came third they had the typical Champions League blues that some clubs have when they're not used to so many games, yet Amorim put the blame on himself for the failure.
