He is going to be a big problem for defenders. I love him already!

Great touch for Garnacho's goal as well. Shame it was ruled out.

Watching the highlights of the game on Match of the Day, I like what I see. He's mobile, he's strong, and he seems like he's hungry. I would 100% start him the next game. Night and day compared to Martial.

Face looks about 14. Held off the defenders like Drogba. Some nice little flicks.

Will be interesting to see how his finishing is when he gets sight of goal - that will make or break this transfer.

He's no Martial though.. the boy scored a worldie on his debut vs Liverpool. Shame the man has blown so hot and cold

Thank feck.

Great to play with an actual striker for 20 minutes.

Gave Gabriel a hard time from the off and made us more cohesive in the final 1/3.

Look forward to watching him going forward.

You could see exactly what he's going to bring to the team in that cameo and as long as it comes with goals, he's going to be a good signing. The worry is he won't really have a modicum of support or backup from the other striker, so the goals are going to have to start flowing quickly and often. There were times last season when he was suggested as an understudy to Kane or Osimhen as if we could sign two strikers (lol) and that's probably the situation where he had the best chance to reach his potential without being made the whipping boy at some point, but he plays with a confidence I didn't expect to see so quickly.

Need to see it again but I was convinced that saliba?? Fouled him. For the one that Eth said was a penalty. He looked like he was wrapped and taken down with no challenge on the ball.

I'm certain it's a foul and free kick anywhere else on the pitch

I said to a friend that our season unfairly rests on his shoulders. If he can give us what we’ve been missing up front for so long, it’ll change our game completely. If not, we’ll struggle for top four.

On that showing, it looks more like the former thankfully.

Stonewall penalty. Incredible that Sky didn't even bother to show a replay of the incident.

That's the one.
For some reason they aren't given, but it's a foul. It was just dismissed on sky and post game like it was nothing. I don't see how it's not a foul?

In real time I thought he lost his balance. The way his body twists is so weird.

I liked what I saw from him. Gabriel looked terrified of him and Hojlund gave us momentum from doing the basics right when he came on. Amazing what a difference it can make to have a player who is strong, quick and uses his body well.

I think he will do really well. He has some fight in him, is strong and fast. Defenders will definitely pay extra attention to him. Happy he joined the team.

I thought he was genuienly fantastic. Instantly pinned their centre backs, at times he was bullying Gabriel and became a nightmare to deal with, should have had a penalty and was excellent in Garnacho's goal.

He was alright. Dodgy first touch at times but he didn't look out of his depth at least. Still find it incredible that we're relying on a raw youngster to lead the line for us this season.

I think its a welcome change. We should do the same in some other positions. He will develop quickly playing every week.

Pretty good cameo with not much training.

I think he'll be a very good addition and help us tremendously going forward.

They want a Citeh v Arse title battle. Feck them I took away loads of good stuff from today .

What is a City vs. Arsenal title race worth anyway? Arsenal shat the bed HARD when they had their fate in their own hands last season.

Should have been a pen

Stonewall pen. Gabriel was being beaten for position by Rasmus before that blatant obstruction move came out.

Looking it live I didn't thought it was a penalty. Looking at the replay it's 100% a penalty. I don't know why they didn't put the replay during the game or why VAR didn't review it.

Would every fecking sport program will talk about this? Say referees are a disgrace and we've been robbed? Probably not

You know full well why the replay was not shown its not the first time when it comes to United games on Sky.

Im calling it what it is.There is a clear media agenda against United when it comes to these situations.

Totally. Just see Liverpool's penalty against Szoboslai nobody gave a feck, penalty against Rashford (which was 100% a penalty) and the media with their narrative.

I can only imagine it the offside allowed to City happened to us it would be a disaster.
