It happens at Chelsea every few seasons, except Chelsea's scouting and 1st team recruitment is ridiculously aggressive. They have a revolving door of youth and 1st team players while we hold on to dross and pin our hopes on any decent youth product.

Any of Pogba's problems are on the pitch. He was undroppable for 1.5 seasons until he put in one too many pub level performances.

Exactly, SAF has said it was Raiola he couldn’t stand. Even then, can anyone really question Pogba’s decision to leave in the first place anyway. He knew he was good enough and went straight into the team of one of the best teams in Europe.
Let's see how Pogba gets on under a different manager. I've personally criticised him plenty over the last 2.5 seasons but there's no question Mourinho has been an equation in this matter.
He said himself once that he was told to spend more hours at the gym (from his first time around in Manchester). He responded that he was a footballplayer, not an athlete. I know it’s bad timing for thinking this is a bad response, but the boss is the boss.

I can see why SAF didnt like Raiola. But he never really had problems with Pogba. In fact he even offered him a contract to stay, even matching the money Juventus offered(which wasnt much too).
