Fsssss, this is how it's done. In a World Cup against a Brazilian:
His explosiveness once he gets past players if fecking amazing.
Yep, for all his creativity, flair and imagination, his acceleration is almost unnatural. He just explodes past players.
Part of the reason he looks like he is accelerating so fast is that his fantastic footwork and body feints leave defenders off balance as he accelerates away, that and the fact he is a fast fecker.
Why do we never get close to getting these sort of talents? It seems like we are never a serious player when it comes to the sought after talent out of South America.
Money, location and name recognition of our club.
We cannot offer the money Spain and Italy do with all the tax involved and the transfer fee is also too high. The weather is better there as well. Plus language is another problem. If they go to Spain, they don't have to worry about that. Real have a better name than us. Barca, in that regard, are starting to catch up to Madrid with the players they have and the trophies they are winning year after year.
A Shawcross special would sort this fecker out
It's like watching Ronaldo in 2003.
Pay £60m for him now, win the fecking lot with him and sell him to Real Madrid for £200m+ in 6 years time.
It is that simple.

Except for the fact that Barcelona already have a first option on him. Very nice to see a Brazilian in their league rather than leaving it early and stalling their potential.

Thank god people like you dont run football is all i can say
What a douche!!!
He was clearly joking.
I think our club is famous worldwide mate.
I think our club is famous worldwide mate.
I never said we weren't. I just said Madrid and Barca have a better name and South Americans prefer those locations over England.
That's very impressionistic though. In the seventies and eighties nobody talked about Real Madrid, despite the history.
The aura they have now is of recent origin. They've manipulated their image well, and managed to turn those almost forgotten former glories into present lustre.
Nobody talked about them because we didnt have SKy tv and the internet and most of Britain etc never got to see them. A big chunk of the rest of Europe knew about them though. Their Aura started when they helped create the European Cup. Well before we won our first European cup Real Madrid were a team everyone feared. Not sure why you think what you do, my guess is you are under 40 years old.
Also a lot of the Sth American players have preferred Spain because of climate and language and the similarities there to their own culture. Before Ardiles and his buddy came to Spurs we had very very few south americans playing in Britain.
I wasn't denying the club's status in the 50's and 60's. But i specifiallly mentioned the decades of the 70's and 80's, when teams like Liverpool, Ajax and Milan were dominant.
My point being that there's nothing inevitable about the place they hold in the world game at the moment - it's not an unalterable birthright of their illustrious history. If they run into debt trouble, or lose significant revenue in a new Spanish TV deal, or slip on any other football banana skin, their irresistible lure for young players from South America, or anywhere else, can easily evaporate.
The aura they have now is of recent origin.
I think he is ready to leave Brazil and move to Europe.
