Mo Salah

39 goals at this stage of the season for a player who isn't even an out and out striker is incredible.

There's a legit Balon D'or argument if he scores some key goals en route to a Champions League win.

Shudder the fecking thought.

The surprising thing about Salah is that he turns 26 in several months and virtually no one rated him as world class prior to this season. Incredible jump. Be interesting whether he will maintain this level next season. Could he get even better?

One more example for the experts here who writes off young player so early.

Must with the POTY in England ahead of De Bruyne.

Klopp deserves credit too. He takes players to a higher level. Sadio Mane, Firminho, Mo Salah, Ox-Chamberlain etc all playing a level higher than before Klopp worked with them

Never seen this kind of a jump before.

It's like Nani turning into Ronaldo.

He was actually always pretty highly rated. When chelsea signed him his record for Egypt was something like 15 goals in 26 games. Went to Chelsea and wasted a year, then started playing well again once he got game time in Serie A.

He's hitting his prime now and Klopp gets the best out of him, unlike many coaches could.

100%, not even a debate.

Am trying to think of other Liverpool players that I haven’t disliked. I’m struggling.

Will be 3rd in the BDO ahead of Neymar at this rate. He's in amazing form.

I heard Kane instinctively threw his hand in the air as Salah knocked it in

Really proud of him, feck Liverpool but feels so special to have a player ranking up Messi and Ronaldo number of goals in the strongest league.:drool:

He plays as a clinical wide forward but with the technical skills of the top wingers/dribblers in the game.. having a player like him elevates the team hugely. I just can't help but feel sad when seeing him play because he'd have been amazing for us and solved our problem of having 0 threat on the right.

Football is so fecking weird man. 2 seasons ago we had Mahrez and Vardy suddenly turning into fantastic players and now Salah looks like a completely different player than he was at Roma last season. I mean, I know he was already decent for Roma but fecking hell, he's almost putting up Suarez 13/14 numbers in the PL while doing the business in the CL as well.

Just so so clinical.... should easily come in at keasl at 3rd in the Balloon D'Or race. I think he is still the top scorer overall in Europe?
