Mo Salah

That smug face he had after scoring the pen pissed me right off. Glad we got the equalizer.

Notice the people in the picture, there no coincidences.

Hope he derails their season.
I mean, we aren't anywhere close to where we are without him. To question him is insane.

Absolutely no blame on him even if it did derail our season, it's the club's fault for letting it get to this point.

It would be funny if Salah leaves and blames Carra for setting the Mob on him and contributing to his exit.

BTW - I think between the 3 guys that may leave on a free, he is the most difficult to replace.

Should go to Madrid as well. He'd fit there. Top player. Overdid it a bit against United with his celebration based on his overall performance however. Might have been trying to send a message to his people though.

He’d fit in with Vinicius, Mbappe and their other 20 wide forwards?

He'd take Rodrygo's spot. They have less to worry about on their right wing spot.
Rodrygo's not a guaranteed starter (he started in 12 games — compare that to Salah's 19) and when he does play, his role is to balance out that already unbalanced front three. Salah is not going to play a supporting role. Not that Perez is going to entertain the thought of signing a 33 years old (by the time of the hypothetical transfer) on a huge salary even if on his current form he's as good — if not better — as Madrid's biggest stars.

I find Salah's behaviour to be really odd. I can understand it if they were 5th in the league but they're 6 points clear and he's having his best season ever. You'd think he would just stfu and not turn this whole thing into a saga.

Surely all this off the field nonsense will start affecting performances eventually? Wheels could come off in spectacular fashion if they're not careful.

Don't think they will dump Rodrygo and he's not an automatic starter either.

They also have two top talents waiting for their chance too (Guler and Endrick). They don't need him, Madrid are also a team that don't normally buy players coming to the end of their careers as they have no problem attracting players in their peak.

He would be off to Saudi if he leaves imo.

Going to wait till his contract expires and then sign for City for Haaland matching wages. Just because of Carragher.

Plus he's being played out of position. Thing is, Rodrygo would have lots of reasons to leave but so far he has always named Madrid the club of his dreams and has shown no desire to leave. For Madrid, a 24 year old player with his class who rotates out of the starting eleven, plays out of position and works tirelessly against the ball without complaints is extremely valuable. On the contrary, Salah is on the wrong side of 30 and Madrid isn't known to invest lots of moneys in players this "old". And yes, they'll only sign him if he is a free agent in the summer but he'll still demand a big signing fee and Madrid probably would have to get rid of Rodrygo because he is too expensive for a part-time player.
